Life Saver
My puppy is 8 months old, she is an Affenpinscher, and weighs 3.4 lbs. On New Years Eve she jumped off the couch and broke her left front leg. I rushed her to her regular vet, and he recommended that I rush her to see an orthopedic vet. I did so, and she had surgery that night. Today 24 days after the accident, Wren is healing nicely, running after her brothers, but no more jumping off the couch, and I received my reimbursement from Trupanion late last week.

Great & Reliable
I usually hate dealing with insurance companies over insurance claims but with pet insurance I have to admit it fast fast and simple. just sent the invoice and i let the work it with the vet clinic avoiding bureaucracy process and dealing with unknown specifics we don't know.

Fast claims payment, every time.
I have been very impressed with Pets Best prompt processing and payment of our claims. We have insured two dogs with them and have had a very positive experience. We will definitely be using them again when we add another pet to our family. They've paid $1,000's in claims payments to us, and they came through especially when we were dealing with a torn ACL. Her body was attacking her own red blood cells and she required a transfusion and short stay in the Emergency Animal Hospital. The low estimate was over $3,000. Trupanion covered 90% of acute and ongoing treatment. We can honestly say that having Trupanion insurance saved our dog's life. Reimbursement was easy and hassle free.

Awesome service!
We are so thankful we found Healthy Paws Insurance company. Our puppy became sick over Christmas and was hospitalized. We were so happy to have selected Healthy Paws Insurance Company for our pet. Within 10 days we received a confirmation that we would be receiving our money for the hospital bills. ASPCA pet insurance its not good... its excelent!
Im been with this pet insurance for 7 years, and Im very satisfied with the services. My dog Nikolay has digestive and respiratory problems which make him visit veterinary frequently, every time he have been on treatment I sumitted my claim and I got refund quickly. having this pet insurance is peace of mind for me.

I am amazed
I've had insurance in place for my dogs for years but this is the first time I've used it. My dog Jade had to have surgery a week ago today for cancer. I never expected the claims process to be so easy or so fast. I scanned and uploaded the bills over the weekend, and today I was notified the claim has been processed and payment is on its way.There are many difficult decisions ahead for us, but I am grateful that I don't have to make any because of financial reasons. All I have to consider is Jade's well being.
