I live in Manhattan and have 2 French Bulldogs. One of which has chronic bronchitis, as well as thyroid issues. Every time I submit a claim to VPI I am very disappointed. I never know if I am going to get 10% back or 80% back, but the majority of the time it is below 50%. Since my other dog had no pre-existing conditions, I moved over to Healthy Paws, and I couldn't be happier with them.

I needed help with my Shih Tzu who had bladder crystals and a UTI. My claim was handled so well. I wasn't sure how easy it would be to submit the information, etc. - but everything was so simple! Thank you for great service!

Our 3.5 year old Ragdoll needed emergency surgery to repair a diaphram paracardia hernia. Following her surgery, a clam was submitted and payment was made promptly. Whenever we need to submit a bill for payment, Embrace is always very prompt to respond to the request and notifies us in a timely manner the status of each claim. Embrace personnel are very concerned about their clients and follow up frequently to make sure the patient is recovering and payment as been received.

I had Embrace for my previous Golden who died much too young from cancer. Embrace was there as we went through chemo treatments and check-ups and never once rejected a claim. Unfortunately she didn't make it but not having to fight with the insurance company was a much needed blessing in our time of sorrow.But because of the love of our previous golden, we did get another one and I did not think twice about which insurance company I would get. Embrace wins hands down, for its price, for its coverage and for its personal e-mails. I even got a sympathy card from them. Our 4yr old, Haley, tore her cruciate ligaments in both knees. She just had her first TPLO surgery and it wasn't cheep! Health Paws paid the claim fast and without and hassles. I wish all insurance companies operated this way.

Jenna blew out her knee and turned from a happy, frolicking, mischevious golden puppy to a sedate, serious sleepy blob. We finally got the problem diagnosed and had the knee repaired. The vet was super but the bill was a bit horrendous. Thank goodness I had the foresight to have ASPCA insurance. They handled my claim with efficiency and I had a check in my hands very quickly even though it was the through the holidays. When I need to call the folks were pleasant and caring, always asking about how Jenna was doing. Now I have my puppy back almost to the frolicking stage again.

My dog Bella got sick during the holidays, when i called in to place the claim the representative on the phone was empathetic and compassionate towards my situation. They even called after the fact to see how Bella was doing. I also recieved my reimbursement relatively quickly.

My canine companion, Annie was brought in to her regular vet and a specialty veterinary practice to deal with her frequent vomiting and other serious digestive problems which seemed to come on suddenly. I submitted 4 claims covering this intense period of time. All 4 claims were handled by Embrace in a timely manner. The reimbursements for the claims pretty close to the actual charges, so needless to say, we were very pleased.

I have had 2 westies and 1 cat covered with ASPCA and without these insurance policies I could not have afforded all the best care that my pets needed.

This insurance is absolutely the best. They do exactly what they promise they will regarding coverage. I love how fast they respond and process everything. I wouldn't have it any other way. Me and my pet are very satisfied.
