I'm glad the Vet Tech knew Trupanion
I looked at the policy literature and did not believe that my dog's surgery was a covered expense. Luckily the vet tech put in the claim for me and it was actually covered. If I hadn't said anything, they wouldn't have done that and I wouldn't have been reimbursed.

Exactly What Was Promised
I have had Spot for my kitty, Blue, for almost a year now and have been pleasantly surprised how seamless it has been. Every claim I've submitted is completed promptly and there have been multiple instances when I've contacted customer service with questions and they are helpful and friendly as can be!
