So glad I bought Trupanion
I am so pleased with Trupanion. My dog developed a heart condition, and I canât tell you how glad I am to have Trupanion insurance. I submit my invoices and never have trouble getting claims paid, usually in a few days. I have recommended Trupanion to many friends.

Not just for emergencies
I was impressed with turnaround time for the entire claim. Received presurgical approval details within 24 hours of request and claim approval within 48 hours of surgery. Reimbursement was in my account the same day. So nice to not have to worry about waiting for repayment or wondering what would be covered. I could not afford her surgery on my own. Daisy's quality of life is so much better and being able to provide her the gift of sight is incredible and has made such a difference!

Figuring out how to make a claim when I was stressed was hard - I wish I had sent in a bill earlier even though I knew it wouldn't be reimbursed because of my deductible.

But once I figured things out, service has been prompt and the people who answer the phone are very knowledgeable and also empathetic.
