I must say that I am extremely happy with Healthy Paws. My dog's growth plate fussed to early in one leg, causing him to limp. I called Healthy Paws to inform them of the procedure he had to undergo. I submitted the claim and within the week I had the check.I truly recommend Healthy Paws to every dog owner I know.

This is my 3rd dog, first time with insurance. Cannot beliefe I havent had this before. Not only does it pay for itself but it provides peace of mind. Embrace is the BEST!!!!

Though I've only filed a couple of very small claims for my Lab, Gucci, they have all been paid. I was very surprised on how quickly the last claim was processed - 7 days. Keep up the good work Embrace and you'll be given a 10.

I have three cats they are all on embrace. So far it has been one thing after another with the preexisting claims. My cat went in for vomiting. They say it preexisting because it doctors notes she was vomiting before. i think that is BS because its like when you catch a virus or bacteria infection one year then catch it again its not preexisting it happens its symptom of something else. I understand if she had kidney failure or a heart condition. Another thing my cat is 13 and is not covered for illness she could live another ten years why not cover her.

We took out our policy for Angus (English Mastiff) with Embrace after doing a due diligence search of all available programs. Never did we think we would need to use it. Angus has now taken ill and Embrace has been there to quickly process our claims. Each time we call with a question Embrace's representative has been outstanding! I have recommended Embrace to anyone that asks about pet insurance. Thank you for knowing while our circumstances may not be new to you it is new to us.

I have never had pet insurance before and I really don't know why. I've been very fortunate with my pets through the years and have never had a seriously expensive surgery or accident. I am a former Vet Tech, so getting a little break from my employer was very helpful. But, I am retired from that field now and the cost of veterinary care has gone up so I took the chance with Embrace. When searching for pet insurance for my new puppy I reviewed several companies. Healthy Paws Pet Insurance had the best coverage & premiums for my needs so I gave them a try. We are in our 2nd year now and they are absolutley the best! My claims are processed quickly and they reimburse exactly as the policy states, no surprises. I plan to continue to renew with Healthy Paws as I am extrememly happy with them. They also really care about the pets they cover and send emails checking on them.
