Best Pet Insurance Ever
We lost our 9 yr old blk lab, Big Mike, to cancer 2 yrs ago, and spent more than $8,000 in medical bills trying to save him. Last year we felt we were ready for a new blk lab. Buddy joined our family July 4 weekend at 8 weeks. I decided Buddy would need pet insurance even before we got him, and did a considerable amount of research. I chose Healthy Paws based on their easy to understand plans, reasonable premiums, and excellent reviews. Buddy is doing well, but in his first year he: broke his toe; contracted Guardia; and ate pesticide-treated mulch. In addition to excellent veterinary care, Healthy Paws was with us at each and every medical incident. We've already received far more in reimbursements than our premium payments. I can't say enough good things about this company and their prompt, courteous processing of claims, and follow-up on Buddy's condition. Thanks Healthy Paws

Good Name
The name of company speaks for itself, Pets Best! No problems with payment into my account(5 days). The only time I have any problem is with the vet not filling properly. I have two people that signed up for your insurance of my recommendation. They are pleased as I am.

Awesome pet insurance
I have had Healthy Paws for my two sphynx for almost 3 years. Niles has HCM (Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy)/ SAM (Systolic anterior motion) of the mitral valve. Healthy Paws covers Niles scans which are about $250 every year(previously 2-3x/year when first diagnosed) as well as his twice daily heart medicine. I rest assured knowing his medical expenses will not strain me as I know HP will take care of him. I also love that they send me e-mails sometimes checking on him if he was ill.
As a pet parent and a veterinary field employee, I appreciate the ease of filing a claim with Healthy Paws. Provide the invoice, claim form, and medical records and the claim is approved in a matter of 24-48 hours. I have never had issues with claims like many other companies often do asking for a summary from the DVM seen, special coding system, or having to re-word things to fit their coding system-- SO NICE!!!

Great pet insurance.
I am so glad we chose Trupanion for our dog's insurance. She is recovering from surgery because of a luxating patella on her left rear leg. We submitted a preapproval claim to them before her surgery. They told exactly what they would pay. After her surgery we submitted the final bill to them. Within one week of the surgery we received an email telling us their check to us was being sent. I would recommend this insurance to anyone that has a pet.

completely satisfied
There were three things that were fundamental for me when looking for a dog insurance. First the monthly fee and deductible policy. Secondly the coverage, and third the customer satisfaction that implied the companies achievement of first two numerals. The monthly payments were a big deal for me, as I’m a student and I don’t have a high income. And comparing just by prices, Healthy paws was the most affordable option; in the many coverage, monthly fee and deductible combinations. In terms of coverage, healthy paw still seemed to have one of the most complete coverage if not the best. And I dedicatedly read many reviews and a high percentage of healthy paws customers’ seemed very satisfied.
So I enrolled my healthy puppy with healthy paws. On my first month enrolled she started limping intermittently, and she was sadly diagnosed with elbow dysplasia. When I was at the vet's office I was very worried because apart of the bad news, I thought I had read some kind of waiting period for dysplasia diseases. Then I read my policy again and the waiting period was only for hip dysplasia, which meant her treatment would be covered. This was a big relief for me so I decided to proceed with her treatment. The Claim process has been extremely efficient and straightforward; it takes less than a week to receive a check in the mail. I cannot recommend them enough, I feel extremely lucky to be able to afford any of my dog medical needs and not let money take part on important decisions.

Absolute Must Have!
It only makes sense to me to have health insurance coverage for my Australian Shepherd Foster. He's a 7 year old male and as he gets older I feel confident in the care he will receive as well as confidence in the fact that I won't have to worry about how I will pay for that care! Currently I have wellness rewards as part of my coverage for him. I pay $38 a month for his coverage and when I take him for his annual wellness exams, I am reimbursed within a week of the claim being sent to Embrace! I also receive coverage for his flea and heartworm preventatives!! Love that I did this and I would highly recommend all my friends to do the same!

So thankful!
Healthy paws was recommended by my vet and I am so thankful I took they're advice. My dog got sick with severe gastritis and had to be hospitalized for 4 days at a cost you can only imagine. I had to file 5 claims due to the different hospitals she was in as well as all the specialists she had to see. I filed my claim on a Sunday and had all 5 checks by the next Saturday. Thank you healthy Paws for making this horrible experience a little better!

My dog recently underwent knee surgery for MPL. Healthypaws covered the 90% that I signed up for. The claim process was so quick and simple. I am very pleased with Healthypaws.
