Jenna blew out her knee and turned from a happy, frolicking, mischevious golden puppy to a sedate, serious sleepy blob. We finally got the problem diagnosed and had the knee repaired. The vet was super but the bill was a bit horrendous. Thank goodness I had the foresight to have ASPCA insurance. They handled my claim with efficiency and I had a check in my hands very quickly even though it was the through the holidays. When I need to call the folks were pleasant and caring, always asking about how Jenna was doing. Now I have my puppy back almost to the frolicking stage again.

My dog Bella got sick during the holidays, when i called in to place the claim the representative on the phone was empathetic and compassionate towards my situation. They even called after the fact to see how Bella was doing. I also recieved my reimbursement relatively quickly.

My canine companion, Annie was brought in to her regular vet and a specialty veterinary practice to deal with her frequent vomiting and other serious digestive problems which seemed to come on suddenly. I submitted 4 claims covering this intense period of time. All 4 claims were handled by Embrace in a timely manner. The reimbursements for the claims pretty close to the actual charges, so needless to say, we were very pleased.

I have had 2 westies and 1 cat covered with ASPCA and without these insurance policies I could not have afforded all the best care that my pets needed.

This insurance is absolutely the best. They do exactly what they promise they will regarding coverage. I love how fast they respond and process everything. I wouldn't have it any other way. Me and my pet are very satisfied.

In their leaflet, Trupanion talks about how they won't deny coverage just because a dog is unlucky. Unfortunately, I have that previously unlucky dog. But Fortunately, and thanks to Trupanion, my pug has become incredibly lucky and happy and healthy. I am eternally GRATEFUL to the honest and wonderful people at Trupanion for the extensive coverage they provided. My pug is awesome now an looks like a puppy again, and everyone on the streets of NYC comments on that. Trupanion covered everything they promised to, did so cheerfully, and quickly. Amazing. I implore everyone who gets a dog to get insurance. If you can afford a dog, you can afford insurance, and it's the right thing to do. And if you do, please give Trupanion a serious look. They're amazing.

I brought him to the vet on Jan 2nd thinking he had broken a toe, but it turned out he had a rapidly spreading infection that had already infiltrated the bone. He had an x-ray, antibiotic injection, blood tests, and was sent home with antibiotics & several supplements to help clear the infection and support his immune system.The vet's office faxed the claim to Trupanion that afternoon, and that same evening I received an email from Trupanion saying they would send the money to my bank account within a few days. Same day service! They covered 90% of everything (less the deductible & physical exam)- they even covered the supplements that the vet sent him home with. This company is phenomenal! I have a dog business & routinely talk to my clients about their pet health insurance & it is clear that Trupanion is the best, hands down. After hearing of my past experience with Trupanion, quite a number of clients have signed on or switched over from other pet insurance companies. I am so happy to have this health insurance for my dog! I only wish my own health insurance company was as good. Thank you Trupanion!

I have 9 cats & 1 dog, Peace of mind knowing if they get sick, I can get the care they need. They call to check how my pets are coming along, they pay all claims promptly and answer all my questions. I would highly recommend their coverage to everyone.
