This is my first experience with pet insurance. I found Embrace to be quicker and better than my human medical insurance. They acknowledged receipt of my claim within days of my filing it. They also spelled out a timetable for settling the claim. I received reimbursement in less than half the maximum time they had listed in the timetable. My dog had skin problems that required testing and expensive medications.After paying a huge vet bill, my reimbursement from Embrace really helped ease my financial pain. Oh...and my dog has recovered from its illness.

Embrace has always handled my claims quickly and efficiently. Most recently, there was an issue regarding a portion of my claim which would not be covered under normal circumstances. After further review, the claims department was able to see that the portion under review was medically required and happily covered it in a timely manner.

Got coverage for my puppy including the "we'll care" option for vet exams, immunizations, flea and tick medicines, etc... So far I have gotten all my claims promptly with no hassles and I did it all electronically by emailing PDFs of my receipts and forms. I have yet to have a medical claim, but based on the experience thus far, I'm not too concerned.

My dog is facing the fight of her life. She has Hemangiosarcoma. It is a terrible cancer that has no cure. Many dogs never make it out of the emergency room. I was lucky my dog had surgery and after four tough days she pulled though. She is undergoing chemo now. If this will give us more time with her, it is a blessing. It would have never been possible financially without our Healthy Paws policy. It has been the gift of life. The customer service and same day claim processing is like nothing I have ever experienced. Calls and emails asking how my dog is doing is so refreshing. I tell everyone I know it will be the best decision you ever make for your pet. I can't imagine having to euthanize my beloved dog because I couldn't afford to pay for surgery. E-Z CLAIMS PROCESS &,EXPEDIENT REMIBURSEMENT

My dog Annie was throwing up blood and I had to take her to the emergency clinic. She was treated and kept overnight. When I picked her up the next evening, the bill was over a thousand dollars. I filed a claim with Healthy Paws and they were wonderful. The paid promptly and showed care and concern for her. The people at Healthy Paws are just so nice!
