We took out our policy for Angus (English Mastiff) with Embrace after doing a due diligence search of all available programs. Never did we think we would need to use it. Angus has now taken ill and Embrace has been there to quickly process our claims. Each time we call with a question Embrace's representative has been outstanding! I have recommended Embrace to anyone that asks about pet insurance. Thank you for knowing while our circumstances may not be new to you it is new to us.

I have never had pet insurance before and I really don't know why. I've been very fortunate with my pets through the years and have never had a seriously expensive surgery or accident. I am a former Vet Tech, so getting a little break from my employer was very helpful. But, I am retired from that field now and the cost of veterinary care has gone up so I took the chance with Embrace. I am very pleased with their quick responses and explanations and I believe they are a company that can be trusted. I'm very glad I got the wellness plan along with the accident plan and was able to get my pet's teeth cleaned. I have recommended them to my family and friends.

When searching for pet insurance for my new puppy I reviewed several companies. Healthy Paws Pet Insurance had the best coverage & premiums for my needs so I gave them a try. We are in our 2nd year now and they are absolutley the best! My claims are processed quickly and they reimburse exactly as the policy states, no surprises. I plan to continue to renew with Healthy Paws as I am extrememly happy with them. They also really care about the pets they cover and send emails checking on them. I am so glad I found them and would recommend anyone looking and reading these reviews to go with Healthy Paws. You wont be sorry!!

I am a new dog owner, with no previous experience whatsoever. I found about Embrace on the internet, and after researching against other option in the marketplace, I decided to enroll. So far the service has been outstanding, following always via emails. I used the wellness plan for vaccination, and in less than a week I received notification of the reimbursement.

Had VPI for many years. They were painfully slow and nit picked everything. Then they have a payment schedule that is not realistic. I switched to Healthy Paws. Best move I made. They reimburse you 90% of what your vet charges. There is no schedule . There are no caps on lifetime payments. You pay one annual $200 deductible and then they pay 90% of what your vet charged you. I send in my claim by email and it is processed within the hour! How amazing is that? VPI would take weeks to process your claim. Yes, the premiums are a little higher, but as the old saying goes "you get what you pay for". With healthy paws you certainly get your money's worth and the people there are the nicest as we'll.

I got a new kitten and after having a cat that adopted me and ended up having type 2 diabetes and insulin shots twice a day, I thought I should look in to it. I have wellness on 3 of my babies and accident on my two youngest and I am very happy so far! I fax my bills and they send me checks very quickly- no issues so far, love it and recommending Embrace to my friends and family.

I researched pet insurance for months before I settled on Healthy Paws. Their reviews and plans were the best that I had found and I am so glad that I chose them. Two years after I signed on with them, my 5 1/2 year old Lab was diagnosed with Bone cancer in December of 2013. Needless to say it has been absolutely devastating for my family as he is the love of our lives. We have incurred huge expenses over the past month and a half and the bills are still coming.
