Don't understand why some of the services not cover. Like office visit, without it how the doctor exam reily and perform proper diagnose ? then treat his injury ? I thought when Reily's bill come all I have to do is pay the the deductible ($500). Worry free, isn't why I want to get pet insurance.

Healthy Paws Insurance does exactly what it says it will do. Their is no squabbling over what is covered and what isn't. The terms are clear and simple to understand. Not only are claims handled efficiently and effectively, I feel like the staff of Healthy Paws really care about my cat. After a recent and unexpected surgery, not only was the claim paid quickly, I got several follow up emails inquiring about her surgery and her recovery. I enjoy doing business with Healthy Paws.

I live in Manhattan and have 2 French Bulldogs. One of which has chronic bronchitis, as well as thyroid issues. Every time I submit a claim to VPI I am very disappointed. I never know if I am going to get 10% back or 80% back, but the majority of the time it is below 50%. Since my other dog had no pre-existing conditions, I moved over to Healthy Paws, and I couldn't be happier with them.

Our 3.5 year old Ragdoll needed emergency surgery to repair a diaphram paracardia hernia. Following her surgery, a clam was submitted and payment was made promptly. Whenever we need to submit a bill for payment, Embrace is always very prompt to respond to the request and notifies us in a timely manner the status of each claim. Embrace personnel are very concerned about their clients and follow up frequently to make sure the patient is recovering and payment as been received.

I had Embrace for my previous Golden who died much too young from cancer. Embrace was there as we went through chemo treatments and check-ups and never once rejected a claim. Unfortunately she didn't make it but not having to fight with the insurance company was a much needed blessing in our time of sorrow.But because of the love of our previous golden, we did get another one and I did not think twice about which insurance company I would get. Embrace wins hands down, for its price, for its coverage and for its personal e-mails. I even got a sympathy card from them.
