My Best friend,Oreo, my cocker spaniel,got some kind of sting or infection and needed laser treatment. I have 2 dogs, both of whom had been insured under the ASPCA insurance plan since they were puppies. Time after time I had to "fight" with ASPCA over just about every claim. After extensive research of all of the other available options, I switched to Healthy Paws just under a year ago...and, I'm glad I did. One of my dogs was diagnosed with cancer (he's cancer free now!) and the bills, as you can imagine, were quite hefty. I was amazed that less than 24 hours after submitting my first claim I received an email that it has already been processed. My reimbursement check arrived in the mail a few days later. This wasn't a fluke...subsequent claims were processed within hours of submitting them. My only regret is that I didn't join Healthy Paws sooner!

Upon getting our dog, Charlie, two years ago I began researching pet insurance companies and came across Healthy Paws...boy are my wife and I glad we did. We have submitted several (and I mean several) claims over the last two years and each time Healthy Paws has been prompt and attentive. They have always reached out to make sure Charlie is doing well after the submission of a claim. On top of that, each and every claim has been processed in a timely fashion and reimbursement checks sent out within in days...I cannot emphasize this enough. Healthy Paws is excellent about processing new claims and issuing the appropriate reimbursement based upon the coverage we selected. For example, Charlie had some digestive issues a few weeks ago and I submitted two claims as a result. After emailing the claims forms to Healthy Paws, I received emails within an hour or so that indicated each claim was received and being processed. Within a couple of more hours, I received two more emails, one for each claim, that indicated the claims have been fully processed and explanations of benefits were included therein. With three days I had my reimbursement check for each claim in my hands. I'm telling you, you cannot beat this company. They cover exactly what they say they will and never give you the run around. We have a 5 month old choclate lab and being a lab and a puppy anything she can fit in her mouth gets in her mouth; After a spate of vomiting our vet was concerned about a blockage; We are very pleased with the service and support we have received with Healthy Paws....fortunately there was no blockage

I must say that I am extremely happy with Healthy Paws. My dog's growth plate fussed to early in one leg, causing him to limp. I called Healthy Paws to inform them of the procedure he had to undergo. I submitted the claim and within the week I had the check.I truly recommend Healthy Paws to every dog owner I know.

This is my 3rd dog, first time with insurance. Cannot beliefe I havent had this before. Not only does it pay for itself but it provides peace of mind. Embrace is the BEST!!!!

Though I've only filed a couple of very small claims for my Lab, Gucci, they have all been paid. I was very surprised on how quickly the last claim was processed - 7 days. Keep up the good work Embrace and you'll be given a 10.

I have three cats they are all on embrace. So far it has been one thing after another with the preexisting claims. My cat went in for vomiting. They say it preexisting because it doctors notes she was vomiting before. i think that is BS because its like when you catch a virus or bacteria infection one year then catch it again its not preexisting it happens its symptom of something else. I understand if she had kidney failure or a heart condition. Another thing my cat is 13 and is not covered for illness she could live another ten years why not cover her.
