This company should be put out of business.
Pets Best is using every dishonest tactic to deny a claim. The vet provided all documentation several times. They denied the claim based on "your vet did not provide documentation". They are liars and scammers.
I have filed a complaint with the Nevada Insurance Commission. I am also contacting their underwriters and intend to follow up with a law suit.
Do not do business with this company.

Peace of mind
Trupanion is amazing. Our 10 yr old girl is getting cancer treatment after having to have her leg amputated because of a cancerous mass in her knee. She is doing really well. Trupanion has paid the 90% of all covered costs after our deductible and we have peace of mind knowing that we will not have to make a decision about our pets' health because of financial reasons. Thank you to our amazing vets and to Trupanion.
