Prompt Claim processing!
Switched to Healthy Paws this May from FIGO since they had better rates and more coverage! My dog needed a surgery recently and the claims were processed promptly! No issues - highly recommend this to everyone!

Not great
While it is easy to submit an invoice online, there is not proper dialogue about the issue. So I always feel the need to call in anyway with questions.

We've never used the insurance but any questions I had were answered quickly.
We've never used the insurance but any questions I had were answered quickly. Also, our little rescue ran away 2 months after got her and thanks to the Trupanion tag, we found her right away.

You try to throw everything possible into non-covered expenses.
You try to throw everything possible into non-covered expenses. I get that you will not cover office visits as the vets need to assess what is going on...it may be nothing. However, when a dog is rushed to the hospital for a surgical procedure things change. Additionally, the Emergency Exam fee on my onvoice was $102. You found a way to throw in an additional $485. You should be ashamed to call yourselves an insurance company.
