Extremely pleased with their professionalism on the phone and also their quick correspondence. Easy to fill out form and very helpful and caring staff. My vet is now only referring Trupanion to their patients. Our puppy has had some issues and I receive my reimbursement checks within days of faxing them my form and receipt. They may not be the cheapest or the most expensive, but worth having a good, caring company with no hassles.

Trupanion has saved my dog Roscoe's life, if I had any other insurance I would not have been able to have my dogs three operations because I would have had to pay out of pocket all expenses and then wait to have gotten reimbursed. With Trupanion I was able to have these operations performed immediately because I only had to come up with the 10% and the initial deductible. They have the kindest and most professional staff I have ever worked with. I have recommended Trupanion to everyone I know who has a pet and continue to ask even those I do know if they have a pet and if they are insured. This insurance is a must have if you love your pet. After contemplating pet insurance for years, I finally purchased Healthy Paws and have 4 dogs covered. They have been absolutely outstanding to deal with. Processed claims exactly 'as advertised' and lightening fast. They are responsive, kind and informative whenever I have communicated with them. We recently had a possible emergency with our dog finding and possibly ingesting an Advil gelcap. The vet checked our Angel out and pretty much felt he was going to be okay after running blood tests and just the way Angel was acting. Thankfully, we had the ASPCA pet insurance which covered a majority of the claim. We checked out the different pet insurance companies 4 or 5 years ago and found the ASPCA had the best coverage and decided at that time this was the one we want for our little Angel. The service it outstanding, if you have any questions the customer service will answer them in both a courteous and professional way. Sending in a claim is a breeze, and payment for reimbursement is very prompt. We were shocked when we received a call from the ASCPA wanting to know how Angel was doing. If you are thinking about pet insurance, you can end your search now as the ASCPA pet insurance it #1!!!

Very quick turn-around on reimbursement for my dogs wellness expenses. Good, clear communication is also an added feature. I recommend highly recommend Embrace.

This is my first experience with pet insurance. I found Embrace to be quicker and better than my human medical insurance. They acknowledged receipt of my claim within days of my filing it. They also spelled out a timetable for settling the claim. I received reimbursement in less than half the maximum time they had listed in the timetable. My dog had skin problems that required testing and expensive medications.After paying a huge vet bill, my reimbursement from Embrace really helped ease my financial pain. Oh...and my dog has recovered from its illness.

Embrace has always handled my claims quickly and efficiently. Most recently, there was an issue regarding a portion of my claim which would not be covered under normal circumstances. After further review, the claims department was able to see that the portion under review was medically required and happily covered it in a timely manner.
