I rescued a much older dog three months ago. When I picked him up from the rescue, he had no known health issues or pre-existing conditions other than bad joints. That said, within one week of having him, we were at the ER and then vet for a tick borne illness that has taken us months to treat. He also has a weak stomach lining but to get to the bottom of both of those issues, we had numerous vet visits and costs associated with it. Trupanion was offered to me the day I rescued my dog and to be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect of it. I am so grateful they approached me from day one and that I had it when I did. It has saved me a lot financially but a lot more importantly, has put me at ease about finding him the best care. lastly, their customer service is excellent. They always pick up the phone, answer my questions quickly and confidently and they respond back to your claims within one week.

Embrace Pet Insurance has been my piece of mind. Luckily for us our FINLEY hasn't needed much in the way of emergency care. But the "piece of mind" is worth the monthly premium. I know that if something major would present itself that I would be able to do what is best for my dog. I will continue with EMBRACE for the life of my best little buddy. The reimbursement check is received quickly and deposited in my account. I can rest easy knowing that whatever my canine needs I can afford his treatment due to having EMBRACE as his insurance! We just found out our puppy may have a problem with her liver. She is only 5 months old. My 8 year old rescued greyhound has been diagnosed with osteosarcoma. I was submitting claims for her treatment and need help with the download process. I received payment very promptly which then paid for Hailey's next treatment. So far, Hailey is doing well. The cancer was caught in a very early stage as an incidental finding on an x-ray of her other front leg. She had no symptoms yet. We are hoping to extend her life with no pain. I know it is not curable, but the cancer was found before it usually is. So far, her blood work has come out perfect before each treatment. She has completed 3 of 6 potential treatments.

We have had Petshealth Care Plan for over 15 years for two dogs (unfortunately, not the same dogs). They pay promptly and according to policy. They do not drop a dog once it reaches 10 years old like some policies do. This year, I was switched to the extended care version which I am extremely please with as it gives me peace of mind. One dog had a thyroid problem for life that this option would have covered.

Healthy Paws has proven to be a first class pet insurance provider. I have a Havanese who had stones in her bladder and eventually needed emergency surgery. After submitting my claims they were reviewed and processed in a timely manner. They also e-mailed to inquire about my pet's health progress. This was a personal touch for me. I've been with Healthy Paws for less than one year. I'm 100% satisfied.

my dog got recently sick and i could not be happier with how my claim got processed. healthy paws is right on the dot, they dont give u excuses for not disbursing you. im sure you love your dog, so do urself a favor and get ur puppy cover. she got really sick. hospitalized and my bill was extremely high. thank god she has insurance.
