Recommend Embrace to ALL with Pets!

Love everything about Embrace but The ONLY thing I would like is when I go to your website to see my Case & it is already closed, how do I know what I was paid for. There has to be a way for all of us to see the amount you paid for each item pertaining to our pets like for example, blood workup, testing or inections to make pets better eetc. I want to see that I am getting the right amount & that I am not getting charged a deductable each time for the same item. My cat just got Diabetes & am going to the VET each week to see if the levels are good enough for my cat & afraid I may get charged 2 or more times each week. I would like to always be allowed to see my statements & not close them the second acheck is sent out..

Healthy Paws

My 3 1/2 year old Dachshund, Macey, required major back surgery. Because she had Healthy Paws pet insurance she was able to have the surgery and physical therapy required to get better. She is doing great and is now walking well. She is still in physical therapy, but the doctor says she is well on her way back to "normal doggy life". Because of Health Paws I was able to get Macey the best care possible. The claims process took approximately a week or so, but the claims representative was there to let me know exactly what was needed to get the claim settled. I am so grateful that I chose Healthy Paws for her pet insurance. I reviewed many other companies and Healthy Paws seemed to be the best and after this I know it is. I have referred several people to Healthy Paws and three people have already signed up.

So easy a caveman could do it

With Healthy Paws insurance, we didn't have to worry when our dog needed over $600 in tests to check him for an intestinal blockage. The claim process couldn't be any easier. Just upload a copy of your invoice and the reimbursement check is in the mail a few days later. They even emailed us to see if he was doing better. We highly recommend Healthy Paws to anyone looking for illness/injury insurance for their pet.

Simply Amazed at Embrace

Wow, I am amazed at how quickly and equitably they processed my claim. They reviewed my claim and did not come up with any gimmicks for denials and exclusions. Is that remarkable, or what? The representatives are sooo helpful and friendly, it's a pleasure to deal with them. I am so happy I switched from Trupanion.

better than people insurance

my dog recently had a claim and it was handled quickly and a representative even called to check on my dog's condition between visits to the vet. all of the representatives i've dealt with have been very friendly and helpful.

A Pleasant Surprise

I have always been wary of pet insurance. However, I chose Pets Best as I have 4 cats and I like to keep them healthy. I had a serious illness with my oldest cat (who passed away). I filed a claim with Pets Best. They responded quickly and paid the claim. They even called me to express their condolences. Their rates are very fair. I would recommend them to anyone.

Petshealth Care Plan is SUPER!!!!!

I have been with Petshealth Care Plan for 8 years and have been totally satisfied with there service. They are always quick to respond to any claims that I have filed and also have called personally to check on our dear "Bella" when we had exstensive care recently. They are glad to answer any questions you may have. With the cost of taking care of a sick pet, it is rewarding to know that you will not have to be responsible for all of the cost involved in the care of your precious pet...Thank you Pethealth for all you do!!

Great service, and prompt payment

I was totally impressed with the ease of filing invoices for the Wellness Coverage, and the speed of reimbursement for invoices paid. Claim total was for the maximum coverage of $400.00 Thank you for your insurance plans.

Affordable Coverage and Great Service

After spending a couple thousand for a surgical procedure for Scottie, my three year old Shetland Sheepdog, I researched pet insurance and decided on ASPCA's Level II insurance for Illness and Accidents. I have had the insurance for about 3 years now. Scottie has had a few claims for which 80% of the covered items have been reimbursed after an annual $100 deductible was met. My experience with ASPCA has been great from their helpful customer service and website, claims status emails, prompt reimbursements and following-up calls regarding how Scottie was doing. Knowing that I can give Scottie the best care possible for any illness or accident is a great piece of mind.
