I have 2 goldens and there seems to be problems that pop-up during the year which occur without previous notice. There's were insurance , in general, comes in to place. No one counts of these events, it just happens, and vets aren't getting cheaper, for sure. It is then that your insurance come in to play. I can't tell you about all other insurances, I did here some pretty bad stories, but I can tell you my experience with Embrace. Embrace has always come to my aid since I first got them 3 years ago. My goldens have had ear problems, eye problems, and major problems like pyrometra and embrace, once my vet has sent in the required info, has paid the claim and quite promptly at that. I can't compare with other insurances since I never had one, but with service like this, I don't intend to look for any either.

Take one stressed-out insomniac dog momma, one four-legged cancer patient sleeping peacefully by the bedside, and one email opened at 3am saying my premium payment didn't get processed... that's the perfect recipe for loving Trupanion's 24/7 support. I can rest assured that my fur baby's treatment remains covered. Thank you for being there for us!

We've had Embrace insurance for our dog Tucker for several years and on purpose we chose a higher deductible for emergency type situations. Our dog recently came down with Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever which then caused additional side effects. He was in the ICU for almost a week and we submitted bills to Embrace for around $6500, they have paid out everything in a timely fashion and took out the financial cost from our decision making when it came to figuring out his treatment. HIGHLY recommend them for coverage.

Best pet insurance! Great customer service, Always timely with claims, never have had a single issue with a claim, everyone is kind, concerned and helpful and an outstanding company. I wish my health insurance was as comprehensive, patient oriented and geared toward the consumer. I give Healthy Paws 10 stars!! I highly recommend Healthy Paws !!!

As always, we are extremely happy with all of our interactions with customer service and overall in being a Trupanion customer! I have no doubt we will have all of our future animals signed up with Trupanion! One suggestion: It would be great and very convenient if the invoice submitted could be associated with the claim in customer portal so it could be viewed at same time as reviewing claim details. Like a link that when clicked opened a pop up window showing submitted invoice. Something like 'click here to view invoice associated with this claim '.

My goldens (I have two) has had many small problems and one large problem (pyometra) and embrace has seen to them all, in accordance with their contract. What else could you ask for??? If you read the contract, that's what you will receive. They keep you updated on their website another plus. I would definitely recommend Embrace to all pet owners.In my own opinion, anyone who complaints probably didn't read the contract, or failed to disclose a preexisting condition !! Thank You !!! Great insurance for canines, fast response time, very fair insurance also. I would highly recommend !!!

Even when your Veterinarian tells them this claim is not related to any pre-existing condition, and you file an appeal because you know you're correct. They claim to know more than the Vet. (waste of money.) They don't pay for anything, read the policy fine print. Your better off to put the money in the bank. I didn't need them, I have never had insurance, and will never do it again.
