Healthy Paws Pet Insurance is the best investment you can make to insure the best care of your beloved pet. Adopted my dog Luke when he was 6 months old and immediately got this insurance in 2017, and it has been a life saver. Luke ended up with allergies and the medication is $180.00 a month, I send the invoice to Healthy Paws and get reimbursed for 90% within 2-3 days. First time using Pets Plus Us insurance, very happy to have them as my provider!
I had a very sick beagle on Christmas eve, and not wanting to wait until after Boxing Day for my regular vet office to be open I had to take Henry to the emergency vet hospital for treatment. We spent 13 hrs there and got home at 12:30am on Christmas Day. Thankfully he was okay after with some medication. I submitted my paperwork on Dec 27th and got my reply from Pets Plus Us on Jan 3/24 with our payment details. Excellent service, very happy I made the switch from Trupanion. Great Response Time
This is the first time I have used pet insurance and it has been a very positive experience. The response to my claim submission and the reimbursement was very fast. Being able to enter claims online and getting direct deposit reimbursement was so efficient. The follow up email inquiring about my dog's recovery was much appreciated.

Outstanding

Affordable pet insurance!
A trial petsplusus insurance plan was provided to me when I adopted my cat from the local municipal shelter. I am glad to have decided to convert the trial plan into a continuous policy. For the past year and a half they have provided effective customer service and assistance with my claims. The rates are affordable for the age of my cat and they do not make a fuss when claiming vet bills. Highly recommend insuring your pet through Petsplusus!

Claim was submitted to Trupanion Canada by Close Vet Vet Clinic on their system on Jan. 6, 2024. The employee of the clinic commented that the claim was done on their system quickly and efficiently. Trupanion Canada acknowledged the claim instantly and Outcome Letter / Claim completed notification was received next day on Jan. 7th 2024. This is excellent service from Trupanion Canada. Thank you.

Great overall experience
So glad I have this insurance. It has been a literal life saver for the health of my fur baby and financially for me. Great and friendly customer service.
