Exceeding Expectations
Have had insurance on my pets for 10+ years and have always appreciated it (as I have rescues and dogs with issues) but recently - the changes made to submitted a claim have just been superb and the change to the automated payment through Chase Bank has been incredibly easy, and the quick turn around from submission to payment has made me the happiest. Quick and easy
Poppy received his semi-annual booster shots, a fecal exam, and a renewal of his Heartgard and Nexgard script on October 1. Process to file claim was quick and easy. Payment was in my account within two weeks. Poppy is a healthy pup!

Affordable pet insurance 👍🏻
Affordable pet insurance, and it comes with a very handy app. Claims process has been a breeze. Also it’s very convenient for storing all of your pet’s health data so you never have to have a panic attack about missing another vaccine or doctors check up. Has it’s down falls like any other insurance when it comes to paying out, but overall Figo has been pretty good.

Fantastic
Customer service has always been helpful when I call. The claims are done quickly and I get emails on an update on where the claim is. I'm just very happy to have Embrace insurance for my dogs.

Great service and easy to use!
We use nationwide for our Lab, Bear. We wanted to be prepared since Labs have a reputation of chewy everything. We’ve been lucky enough that nothing serious has happened. Of the claims we have submitted, nationwide has been extremely easy to use and has a fast turnaround for reimbursements.

Quick Payment Turnaround
Thanks to Nationwide for a quick turnaround (4 days) in issuing a check for the $1,500+ bill I had for a recent operation on my golden retriever. It is nice to know that a check was wired so soon after the operation. This definitely helped with getting the bills paid and let us concentrate on getting our boy feeling better.

Signing CoCo up with Nationwide Pet Insurance was the best thing I done for her.

Will never go without pet insurance again!
Seriously, we will never go without pet insurance again. On a prior pet we learned the hard way racking up enormous vet bills. They are our children. And when it comes to vet care we will not sacrifice their well-being. Just knowing Nationwide is there brings us great comfort should an emergency arise.
