Took my dog to the vet for a severe cough. Less than two weeks after the visit, I received the refund check from Trupanion. My other carrier took forever to send the check. What a nice surprise receiving the money so fast.

Healthy Paws has been an absolute lifesaver. My 8 year old lab/pit mix still thinks she is a puppy and during a typical game of catch she tore her CCL. With TPLO surgery to follow, I was concerned about the bills adding up even with insurance as I had never had to file a claim over the first year of service. Healthy Paws has been remarkable. They are quick to service claims, the coverage has been exceptional, and the best part is that they have taken the time to check in on Briar throughout the surgery and recovery period. I have a young male Boxer who has had some health issues... my Vet faxes in the insurance claim form to Embrace and the next day or so I receive confirmation from them they received it! Additionally, their Portal allows you to see what claims have been process and what are under review... so far, none have been denied which is better than a lot of "human" ins. companies! I have talked with a number of staff personnel with questions and all of them sound very sincere and compassionate in wanting to help me with what questions and concerns I have... I also received an email follow up! Excellent company to insure my "Buddie"!

I have been associated with ASPCA for almost 10 years. I now have 4 pets who are covered in case of an emergency and/or unexpected illness. Fortunately, I have not had to use the insurance much, but when I did, it was a great relief knowing that I would be able to re-coup some of the associated costs. In addition, the reps at ASPCA are Very helpful and patient with helping you decide which plan to try. For the peace of mind knowing my furry family is covered in case of an emergency~ ASPCA Ins. is well worth it.

Embrace has been phenomenal during my dog's time of need. I had purchased a pet insurance policy years ago because I was worried that my dog may someday get hit by a car. I never would have imagined that I would need it for Inter-vertebral Disc Disease which left him paralyzed in his hind legs one morning. Without Embrace I would have been unable to afford the emergency surgery he needed. The best part has been that prior to the accident they were able to customize a plan to work with my budget, and that they do NOT set a limit "per incident". The surgery alone cost $5,550 and my dog will still need additional therapy and rehab to walk again. Embrace reimbursed me $4,200 within 10-14 days after filing my claim. The customer service has been outstanding and I have nothing but accolades for Embrace.

Before Embrace, we could not get wellness coverage or coverage for the minor issues that cats can have from time to time. Now, thanks to Embrace, we do have that coverage, and have saved significantly on veterinary care expenses. Customer Service has been proactive about claim handling and follow-up, and actively seeks feedback. Embrace offers an excellent value for our pet insurance dollars.

My dog has a condition that required x-rays and other complicated procedures to diagnose. The bills were high, but it was worth it to find out what was wrong. Thankfully, Pets Best reimbursed me for most of the expenses which has allowed me to be able to continue care for him without always having to put a price on it.
