Great Service but...
The agents are always super helpful, but the claims process is aggravating. Many times documents have to be sent more than once, additional information is usually needed, and in some cases additional documents or revisions have to be done for simple things like wellness reimbursements. If this process could be less time consuming it would be a greater benefit.

My rottwieller, Franni, collapsed suddenly on Friday, June 26, 2015. My regular vet was closed as it was evening and we had to take her to an emergency hospital. Since it was an emergency and we did not know the vet we had to put a large deposit before they would treat her. Everything possible was done for her but she passed away early Saturday morning. When I called Pets Best they were so kind and talked me thru the claim process and called me several times to let me know everything was being processed.the claim was settled today, July 9,2015 Sara was an angel, she was kind and compassionate and I will use Pets Best when we rescue another Dottie.

Very responsive & caring
In the last year my golden retriever Teddie had an emergency splenectomy and was later diagnosed with B-cell Lymphoma requiring many visits to both her vet and the animal cancer center. Trupanion has been very good about processing and paying her claims on an ongoing basis leaving me with one less thing to worry about. I couldn't be happier with the decision to purchase insurance for my 'baby'.

Fantastic customer service
Embrace provides very quick service and wonderful detailed updates on your claims. It is very refreshing to not have to make phone calls to find out what is going on.

Black Lab Mix Broken Dew Claw
My 5 y/o spayed lab is the sweetest, clumsiest dog. When I noticed her abnormal dew claw my vet took her immediately. After the surgery and recovery she had her annual wellness. She has also been on Trifexis since Comfortis and Advantage upgraded. No problems. I never expected to get reimbursement for her wellness. I knew the surgery would be covered. What a pleasant surprise to have 2 checks arrive. Our hot water heater went belly-up and the checks covered everything. I just wish human insurance was this good. Full disclosure, immediate returns, consistent and frequent communication whether or not there are any glitches. What a great group of people. Thank you again Embrace team.

Best pet insurance I ever had
We have been using Embrace for many years but never had the opportunity to realize how great this company is until the past couple of months. Our dog Pirouette is nine years old and has always been pretty healthy. During the last checkup, our vet discovered that she has some kidney problems. After tests and ultra sound, she was diagnosed with glomerulonephritis. She is now treated to hopefully resolve this issue ASAP. There was no doubt in our mind that we were going to do whatever was necessary to find out her problem regardless of the price but it is wonderful to see that during this process Embrace reimbursed us 80% of those bills. The process was easy and the reimbursement happened quickly.

excellent service and coverage for serious illness
Service so far has been excellent for my dog with chronic allergies. Hopefully,the monthly premium continues to be reasonable. This is the only reason I am not giving it a 10 rating yet.
