Mixed feelings

I loved Trupanion when I had a major emergency but for smaller accidents almost nothing is covered. No exam is covered even if it is for an injury. So unless there is a follow up to the initial accident almost everything goes to the deductible even if I pay about 100 USD per month for insurance

I would be lost without Trupanion!

Trupanion has always been very responsive in all our claims. Fast in reviewing and approving all treatment plans and claims. I don't know what I would do without Trupanion, since we had unexpected medical events with our dog, and I wish my health insurance were as fast and responsive as Trupanion. Never thought I would envy a service for my dog. Thank you, Trupanion!

Considering cancelling policy

I ' understand what if anything the insurance pays for ordinary sickness and treatment. The insurance paid for a portion of the accident bill but none of the follow check up.
