Would Insure with Embrace Again!
We got Tucker, a Lab mix when he was about 5. He'd had a pretty rough life up to that point. Our other dog was insured with another company that we weren't particularly fond of. After doing our research we ended up insuring him with Embrace and haven't regretted it once. Tucker has had three different bouts with cancer and Embrace has covered him without question every time. It was easy to sign him up, easy to pick the plan best for us and response to claims is efficient. Couldn't ask for more!

Many Kiddos - Many Many Claims
I have had Trupanion since 2008 - They have covered many claims with many of my kiddos 99% processed quickly - they are always fair - responsive - I have gone through their appeal process many times - their third party escalated appeal process several times too - and I have always found them willing to work with me to resolve the issues.

Claims
Office visits are essential in follow up treatment for an accident or an illness. There is no way to continue resolving a health issue without this. I can see excluding the initial visit, but once a condition has been established, follow ups where new medication is needed or a new procedure is recommended (or not) should be a covered expense. A consult with a surgeon to see if a surgery would help resolve an ongoing issue should also be a covered expense. It is all part of treating an injury or illness that has been established. Great reimbursement
We have the pet wellness/250 deductible/90% reimbursement for our coverage for our bulldog, Dozer. He has had 3 surgeries; (neuter/gastropexy, eyelid, benign tumor removal) in his 1 1/2 years of life, in addition to his regular health check ups and immunizations. This insurance has been fantastic and really saved us in expenses so far. I was hesitant to get insurance for a dog, but in light of having spent thousands on vet bills for our last English bulldog (lived 11 years), my vet strongly recommended it, and we're glad she did.

best service ever
I have had pet insurance with healthy paws for 6 years. They have provided the best service and care for my dog. Bear has had 2 tplo surgeries and ocd surgery on his shoulder plus other problems. They have promptly paid for all his care per policy and covered his rehab care even accupuncture and cold laser. Fantastic company He had surgery at less than one year, 5 years and 6 years I know we have cost them a lot of money but they have not cancelled us .
