Nothing Seems to Be Claimable
Haven't had the insurance long enough for my dog to capitalize on its worth, but from the start it has been "pre-existing" this, etc. I'm shelling out $102 per month and maybe one day, although we never want anything bad to happen to our pets, I will thank myself for buying it.

Super Helpful
My claim process was incredibly simple and quick! It was my first time, so I was honestly expecting it to take a while and not expecting to get the claim approved for a few days. The process was incredibly user friendly, took all of 5 minutes, and the claim was immediately approved with money in my account the next day.

Happy customer
I signed up with MetLife Pet Insurance during my companies open enrollment Nov. 2022 with coverage going in effect Jan. 1, 2023. I have had nothing but positive experiences with MetLife and I have filed several claims. Keep up the good job MetLife.

Pet insurance
My vet software dropped comment on a visit back in 2022 which was not true! I worked with Met Life to provide details. My vet was finally able to provide a correct record and email saying he had a software issue. My claim was paid out at 90%! I will be finding a new vet for sure! Thank you to the customer service team!!!

Nationwide
Nationwide has been great insurance but but the price keeps going up. With 3 dogs getting older it is getting expensive.

Great insurance!
ASPCA has been a Godsend. Our male GSD has suddenly come down with uti and prostate issues. These have been costly due to taking time, and multiple doctor visits, to determine what the problem is. ASPCA has provided us with relief to be able to have him treated without worrying about debt. So thankful for this insurance.
The only critique,as noted by others, is the amount of time it takes to process claims. So if quick reimbursement is necessary, people might want to shop elsewhere. Otherwise ASPCA is great!

This is by far the best pet insurance company. I’ve never heard of lemonade before until a friend mentioned that they use it for their dog! The process was super easy to step but and BEST prices. I am a full time student and full time employee and Lemonade has definitely helped me out! From getting my fur babies vaccines and stuff lemonade has had my back. I refer all my family and friends to use this app and I will FOREVER use Lemonade!!

Ease of claim!!
My youngest cat Hudson unfortunately passed away. We had a few vet expenses including his cremation. In less than a month the insurance claim was approved. The claim process was very easy. I am grateful to have chosen Metlife for my cats.
