Looking forward to using insurance for the first time..
Signing up was not complicated if everything works as described, I will recommend anyone I know that has a pet. However I just signed up and have not used the service yet so it’s hard to stand behind a service that I have not used. I would gladly rate the insurance when I take my pet in for an exam..

While i think its an terrific organization the time to response is poor. I submitted a claim over a month ago and have not heard back. This is the second time this has happened. I have been a client for over ten years
