The best insurance and easy to work with!
We love love love our Healthy Paws insurance! This company has been so very helpful for us. I have signed both of my dogs up when they were puppies. One of our dogs has used the services for severe allergies and an unexpected stomach surgery. As soon as I submit my claims I immediately get a notification notifying me of the status of my claims and when they are working on them. If I have ever had any questions, I have reached out by email and phone and they are very helpful. The application is also very easy to use. They have helped me pay my dogs vet bills and I couldn’t do this without them!!! If you are questioning it, do it! It’s worth it!!

Great onboarding process!
I thought my phone representative did an excellent job explaining the benefits of Trupanion pet insurance as well as the exclusions. I especially liked learning about how the rate is level throughout my dog's life (except for inflation adjustments) and how the benefit is unlimited.

Quick and easy!
The last thing we wanted to do while dealing with our dog's emergency was deal with a lengthy and difficult process and we were so thankful for how quick and easy the process was. It allowed us to spend our time focusing on Oliver rather than the claims process

Trupanion has been wonderful to work with. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Unfortunately, our dog passed, but we will be using Trupanion in the future. We have already referred people as well and highly recommend.
