This Spring my kitty Scarlett went to the "Rainbow Bridge" . I was heartbroken. when I had to make the call to Pets Best I was so touched by the level of concern and compassion that I received from the customer service staff. Each time I had to contact Pets Best for information I felt that everyone I talked to had the same respect for my situation . I will tell you that 6 months prior my father passed, and I did not get the same level of service. I took out my first policy about 16 years ago for my first rescue kitty, and then again with Scarlett. I will do so when we invite another heartbeat into our home. The small amount of premium on a policy provides such a relief to know that should anything happen, money will not drive a difficult decision. I do not understand why more pet owners do not use this product. Thank you to all for your heartfelt comments and service.

Kenai, our Siberian Husky, had blasto several years ago infecting mouth area. Had tooth recently removed from same area. Tooth/root retested and came back positive for the blasto infection.

I was very skeptical about getting pet insurance for my dog. But with hearing how other friends who got insurance and said it was a lifesaver to them. I decided to check into it. The customer service is above what I expected. You can tell that they actually care about your pet and understand how your pet is like family to you. They have gone above and beyond for my dog and I. Having a dog who started out with a sore toe, that ended up needing that toe removed, then ended up being cancer, was a frightening journey. Despite that the first claim is from 4/24 and the other two from mid-May. I've called to facilitate and I don't know how far along they'd be if I hadn't.
