I've been a customer for 7 years, but have just had the need to use it in the last few months. I've got 2 older cats (14) - one with cancer, and one with other issues that go along with his age. Embrace has been incredible. Submitting a claim online is simple, and the reimbursements are FAST. That was a concern for me when I first submitted a claim, but I get mine usually within 5 business days. It was great when my girl went into kidney failure and was diagnosed with cancer to not have to base my care decision on whether I could afford to give her the best treatment! I've used Healthy Paws for my GSD for almost 10 years now and they are fantastic. The company is very easy to work with, seem to genuinely care about the health of my dog, and they process claims very quickly. I have become a loyal customer and plan to use in them in the future for any dogs that join my family. I also like that they are foundation and give back-- working with them is truly a win-win.
