Vpi was happy to take my money but when it came to paying reimbursement that's another thing. Denied my claim because she had diarrhea year and a half before?! I could spend hours attempting to have them review my claim... Or i could save my $50 a month... I chose to save my money..

Our dog, Tara, is a 10 year old German Shepherd. She is also our baby! We have had Embrace insurance since she was a puppy but really have not had to use it too much until the last year and a half. She has arthritis which causes her pain. She developed bad allergies and because of her age was diagnosed with a weak immune system. This has affected many parts of her body. She also then needed to have surgery (a tummy tuck) which aided to prevent all the skin and urinary infections. . Embrace has always been there to help us with any questions, explain our coverage and they have even called us to see how Tara has been doing. It is wonderful to dial their number and be answered by a person who is very capable to answer your questions, No voice mail and no transferring your call!!!We appreciate all of you at Embrace and will definitely mention you to our friends with pets. So glad that I decided years ago to purchase Pet Insurance coverage for my dog. Trupanion's claims process is so easy and fast, and now that I can have my animal hospital submit the claim BEFORE I leave their hospital, nothing could be easier! My dog has better coverage than I do!

We acquired a Portuguese Water Dog puppy in early June 2015. After doing my research we decided to sign up with Health Paws. Obviously we really hoped not to have to use pet insurance until many years into the future. Two Sundays ago whilst playing with another puppy our Marco tore his knee apart and requiring the services of an orthopedic surgeon and the total bill ended up close to $ 4000. I was truly amazed by the ease ( app+photo of the bill) with which the bill was submitted and the speed in which the bill was reviewed and approved. As importantly I was touched when a week or so after I received an e-mail from Health Paws wanting to know how young Marco was doing. I truly am grateful and delighted by the outstanding service we received and how true to their promises Healthy Paws delivered - two thumbs (paws) up!!

Healthy Paws continues to amaze me! I have had to submit a few claims and every time they are handled quickly and reimbursed as promised. My premiums are very reasonable, the coverage is great, and the claims process couldn't be easier. Also, their concern and followup adds a nice personal touch.
