I would highly recommend your insurance plan to friends and family. I have already done this on several occasions.

This is the second dog I have covered using Embrace insurance. Never a problem with reimbursement. Always kept up to date via e-mails on reimbursement claims, plus you could always go into your account and see the updates there. Their policy is straight forward and not confusing. Other pet insurance policies had lists of what was and what wasn't covered. I am very happy with them.

Embrace has been everything they say to be...My Rottweiler had 2 unexpected major surgeries in the last 3 monthe and we couldn't do it if we didn't have "Embrace"...we are all pleased and happy!!!

Very pleased with the level of care and with how quickly I got my reimbursement. I also liked that a rep called me to see how my Pitbull mix was doing after his bet appointment.

I'm about to renew my policy for the third year. It offers such a piece of mind. Thinking about adding my almost-senior dog as well because Frenchies can have lots of health issues and it's better to be safe than sorry. Although I don't like to have to file claims, I have experienced prompt service after my vet has submitted the information. Would recommend.

We're incredibly thankful for Embrace. We've been members for 8+ years and have always had such great experiences working with them. Everyone is friendly and helpful and have always made us feel very much at ease in what can be stressful situations.

Embrace continues to be very helpful and prompt in paying all claims. My Bernese Mt. Dog had ACL surgery last January and has had a slow recovery. Not only did Embrace cover everything at 80% after the deductible, but I have received checks very promptly, sometimes within 7 to 10 days! Also, they paid for physical therapy and now are paying for Acupuncture!

Every time I have spoken to any Embrace representative they were always very courteous and nice. They were upfront about the conditions they considered pre-existing, at the time I got my coverage. They pay what ever percentage you choose, based upon what the vet actually charges (as long as it's not outrageous of course), as opposed to what they "allow" the vet to charge. That's an important distinction because a lot of the other more well known companies, write in the fine print that they will pay the percentage of what THEY allow a vet to charge, so they say they'll pay, for example 80% but it's 80% of what they deem acceptable for a vet to charge. Unfortunately my dog did get injured severing her ACL and tearing her miniscus, and Embrace checked out my dogs medical records to make sure this injury was not pre-existing, and then promptly sent me the money. I highly recommend this company, I am telling all my friends as well as the Vet, because there are so many companies to choose from, it gets very difficult to decide, and I originally choose this company because of other people's reviews, and I am very happy I did.
