Sense of comfort
Our dog goumba seems sick and thought possibly he ingested something. Called the vet and the first thing they said was not all insurance companies cover ingested foreign objects. Called trupanion and it was absolutely covered. Thank god my vet was awesome also as he played a little waiting game to try and pass it without opting for surgery and all end perfectly. Submitted a bill to trupanion and within one week I had a check mailed to me. Pretty great turn around time especially right before the Xmas holidays.

Embrace paid 80% of claim - exactly as advertised.
My dog was vomiting blood. I took him to see his vet. There were charges for an exam and x-rays. The bill came to $234. They reviewed the claim within 10 days (as they said they would) and mailed me a check for $187.20.

Don't know what I would do without it
MY dog Bailey gets skin allergies and I am constantly taking her to the vet, being on a fixed income, I do not know what I would do without this insureance, claims are easy to put through and they always come through for us.

Claim review and refund for Mast Cell Tumors
After filling out the claim form (which is very direct and simple) and mailing in the claim I received an email response within a few days that the claim was receiced. A few days later the claim was reviewed and settled.The short time between sending in my claim and settlement was just about 2 weeks! Enormously pleased.
