Embrace was referred to me by a friend who is a vet tech, and at the time I didn't even know pet policies like this existed. I couldn't be happier with the choice to get a policy for my dog Ava.Ava's an adoption dog, and her health history is a mystery prior to my owning her. So I had some hesitations as to how Embrace would handle that. Embrace has been the best at working with me on covering here medical care. Most recently Ava suffered a bout of pancreatic infection, and the bills were up to 800.00 in two short visits to the vet. Embrace has covered 93% of the visits. This is just one example of how Embrace has literally saved my dog, and I couldn't do it without them. I continually recommend and will continue to recommend them to anyone I come across.

I have made 2 claims. Each claim was reviewed expediently and reimbursement drafts were issued immediately upon approval of the claim.

It was our first claim and very pleased with the communication and the quick turn around processing time.

I have all of my Cats, who are all shelter rescues, insured with the Plan that covers Welless. It is great peace of mind to be able to have my Fur Babies have a complete annual check up. Two of my Cats have had illnesses that required treatment. My eldest Cat, Chloe began vomiitng and refused to eat. I took her to our Vet, she required X-rays and an Abdominal Cat Scan. Chloe was diagnosed with Inflammatory Bowel Disease. She was hospitalized and given IV medication and IV fluids. Chloe still refused to eat. A Feeding Tube had to be inserted in her Esophagus. When I brought her home, I had to administer Tube Feedings and Medications before I left for work and when I came home from work. I would also leave her Pureed Food in her dish and water which she refused. It took several weeks before Chloe began to take in small amounts of food and water by mouth. The Feeding Tube was eventually removed. The cost of Chloe's diagnosis and treatment was costly and it was worth every cent. The Insurance Plan's reimbursement of Chloe's Medical Bills was significant. I am extremely grateful for the prompt reimbursement and the concern shown by the Insurance Reps.I have repeatedly recommended this Insurance Plan to my friends and employees. Thank You!

My 1 year old Bolognese had to spend two nights at the hospital. It was easy to file a claim. Everything was covered and my check arrived in a timely manner. I am very pleased and strongly recommend ASPCA pet insurance. Everyone I have spoken with has been wonderful and I appreciate the follow up calls to see how Bella is doing.

This is quite possibly the best patent Sharon's I have ever come across Filing a claim is quick and easy and they are processed with lightning speed the convenience of direct deposit only as to how great of a company embrace is there coverage is excellent and they truly care about their clients and their pants

Purchasing insurance through Embrace was the best decision we ever made on behalf of our wonderful Dexter (6-year-old standard poodle). He had a CCL tear and subsequent TTA surgery in September. Embrace was with us all the way - easy claim submission and prompt, complete payments. I have heard nightmares from dogpark friends who have purchased other insurance, and I have told everyone that Embrace is definitely the way to go. My pet, swallowed part of a rug, causing stomach distress,& throwing up. Had to take her to my vet for an X-ray, & medication. Embrace covered the whole thing. They were very fast with my claim.
