I can't recommend Healthy Paws enough for what they have done for our family. My wife and I were out of the country when our dog was hit by a car. When they got her to the hospital and told us everything they would need to do we panicked. I called Healthy Paws and they calmed us down and made sure that everything was handled immediately. They stepped up and dealt with the hospital so that we could get on a plane home to be able to deal directly. If not for their compassion and helpfulness our dog would have had no chance. She still has a long road but Healthy Paws has been by our side every step of the way. Their process is seamless and they have bent over backwards to make sure things go smoothly. They are a blessing.

I'm a veterinarian and I got a policy for my dog w/ Embrace after getting in touch with one of their reps who was great at going over all of the details I had questions about.I needed the insurance twice and every time they acted very promptly and with the highest professionalism all while manifesting sincere empathy. I've recommended Embrace to every single person I spoke about pet insurance with at the hospital I work at. They've always handled claims for our clients and have been very easy to work with, compared to other insurance companies.

My dog was rushed to the ER because he had a bones stuck in his esophagus. As many of you know the ER won't perform any surgery unless you pay an estimate bill upfront. They charged me $3500 for the procedure. Just like any normal person my heart dropped when they told me the amount but this is my child and I would do anything to save him. I was just hoping my pet insurance would not give me a huge hassle like most insurance companies do. Healthy paws not only was easy to use with a picture of my bill but refunded me in 7 days. After refunding me they sent me an email asking how my baby was feeling. It was a personal email not one of those generic emails. This made my experiences amazing! I would recommend them to anyone looking for pet insurance!!!

Making a claim with Embrace was easily, and the policy paid for exactly what it said it would pay for. I wish my own health insurance was as uncomplicated! Also, the folks at Embrace are friendly - which is actually a real bonus when you're dealing with a sick pet, which can be stressful to begin with.

Trupanion has great customer service. We were paid back more for our claim then we even thought which was very helpful because the bill was nearly $500. I am very glad we chose trupanion. JP, NY
