Embrace has been wonderful. This holiday season my sweet dog ended up costing $4,000 in vet bills. Embrace paid 90% of it which has enabled us to enjoy the holidays with our pet and without a huge financial burden.

My prior dog was covered by ASPCA insurance and my two current dogs are also insured. The company is incredibly user friendly -they answer the phone quickly when you call, let you submit claims by e-mail, update you with the status of the claim and pay promptly. I've always been pleasantly surprised by the amount of the insurance refund on any given claim. They even call just to check in - after your dog had an illness - to see how they're doing. I tell everyone I know that the first thing they have to do after getting a pet is buy insurance from ASPCA.

No complaints. Sent in claim form and within 3 weeks received payment. Quick and problem free!

The service was at best lousy. Their response time was non existent Was on a plan that would never satisfy the deductible. Yet it is the plan presented to me by them. If I hadn't called about a claim Embrace would be collecting my money still since they didn't show me any options you might want to ask. Don't get stuck with a deductible that your premiums will never meet.

After doing our research and speaking to everyone in our circle of friends we decided to use Healthy Paws hoping to never need their help. The process was easy and all was well but the true test is when you need them. Our dog was hit by a car while my wife and I were out of the country and she was staying with my folks. It was a dumb and senseless accident that left our dog with a dislocated and fractured spine. While talking to the doctor at the animal hospital they suggested that if we have insurance...now would be the time to discuss our options since the dog would need an MRI, surgery and likely long term rehabilitation. I called Healthy Paws in a panic to see what our options were just to get the ball rolling and they were...are...amazing. They calmed me down, walked me through my policy and get the hospital to contact them directly to cut the red tape so my wife and I could catch a plane home. The level of care and support that they showed and continue to show...just floors me. They treated me like family and have been holding my hand every step of the way. Through everything that has happened they reach out to check on the dog and on my family. I can't recommend them more. They are something far and above what I expected and are true heroes to my family.

Last month my dog started limping. What I thought was a sore pad turned out to be a much larger problem. Jayde is slowly recovering and all thanks to healthy paws! I never planned on my dog tearing her ACL and needing a $3000 surgery but I was able to do it without hesitation because of pet insurance! I have had ASPCA pet insurance for my cats for years now following an emergency. It is the best money I could spend each month knowing that even if an unexpected illness come upon one of my girls I will have some help paying the overwhelming vet bills. The representatives, should you ever need to call, are extrememly pleasant and helpful and even will follow up with you to see how everyone is feeling. I have a cat with severe allergies who I could never afford to help without ASPCA pet insurance. I have often reccommended them to people while waiting in vet offices. Also, the new online claim center makes filing and tracking your claims even easier. I will never let my girls go without coverage from ASPCA pet insurance again.
