My dog Lily was diagnosed with a hole in her heart. When I submitted all of the medical bills they all were denied. The denial was based on a pre-existing condition. I didn't agree with this judgment and therefore submitted reasons for why I thought the decision was wrong.To my surprise eEmbrace acted fairly and compassionately and overturned the previous decision. A very professional and intelligent company that acted with maturity, fairness and empathy. Not the usual qualities you would expect to find in an insurance company. Over the many years that I have had my dogs, I have never had pet insurance. Now with my 3 Westies and 1 Cat I decided that the time was right to finally do it. Our little girl Westie Roxanne had a terrible urinary tract infection. It caused a kidney and liver issue. Unfortunately mid stream we had to change vets as we were being taken for a "cruel ride" by our original vet. The most important thing to us was that Roxanne got better and not the money.
