Better responses that I expected.
I am very pleased with the response time and the wellness coverage. We have not had to use the general coverage as yet. If there would be anything I would change would be the preexisting condition coverage.

Process was easy and better than expected.
There was miscommunication between my husband and I as to who was going to file claims. So, we were disheartened when we finally found out no one had submitted anything. When I called with questions, the customer service person was very helpful and reassured me all the claims were still valid to submit going back to when we first bought the policy.
I got copies of everything from my vet (mostly wellness and standard vaccines) and submitted them. Checks came back in a timely manner, and I feel they were fair and correct.

The Only Complaint I Have Is The ...
The only complaint I have is the length of time it took took let's the claim. I live on fixed income SNF chose this policy because of the reported turn around time. However, your was responsive when I called to explain my position. Thank you.

I Was Always A Little Leary About...
I was always a little leary about pet insurance, thinking nothing would actually be covered. With my first claim filed, I received payment according to the policy I purchased. I was elated! My 6 month old puppy was showing symptoms of an intestinal blockage, it turned out to be colitis. Pets Best covered the majority of my bill. I understood the explanation as to what was covered and what wasn't. I'm very happy with the claim experience I had and the prompt payment. I will definitely recommend Pets Best!

Highly recommended
One of my dogs was recently diagnosed with hemangiosarcoma, a very serious and terminal cancer. Embrace has been there with us from the start, and helped to make our treatment choices easier, allowing us to have as much quality time with him as possible. We have had a couple other claims in past years with them, and they have always been helpful and easy to work with, processing claims quickly. I am happy to recommend their services.

I'm a happy camper!
I've been an Embrace policy holder for several years and have been fortunate to have not needed them for most of that time. However, recently my Golden had some medical issues and I needed their help. My request was met with professionalism, (mixed with compassion!), efficiency, and reasonableness in terms of reimbursements. Thank you for being there when I needed you.
