well/ i've never made a claim/ but i have heard the best things about trupanion. i feel SECURE that if ever my guys had a health emergency that trupanion would be there for us !!!! you are always easy to get a hold of, which also means a lot.......not a lot of dreadful talking machines that you get with most companies now-a-days.

I am incredibly grateful for the kind reps and great service of trupanion. I sleep better every night knowing my dog is protected and, in situations like tonight, that having trupanion means my dog gets to come home and be safe after a traumatic accident.

Quick and Easy!
My puppy broke her toe and we had to take her to the hospital to get it examined. After hearing the results and the the accompanying bill things were pretty bleak. However getting my claim submitted was quick and easy, and we received our pay out within a few days! Made the whole process less stressful knowing I wouldn't have to fight with our insurance company.
