Trupanion pet insurance has really giving me the ability to make sure my dog has all the extra care she can have because the insurance provides so much coverage that I couldn’t afford without it.

Because i was told that my dog was covered . Then the next day when i took her to the vet and found out that she had parvo i was declined coverage even though the sale associate told me otherwise

I had excellent service from Owen and have been pleased with the overall service from Trupanion.

Service was great. I still didn't get a quote that I could afford so that's why 8 instead of 10. Not the customer service rep's fault.

Always good to have insurance you never know what life is going to throw at you especially during these uncertain times.

Explanation was easy to understand .

I originally was a customer of VPI/Nationwide Pet Insurance due to a large discount offered via my place of employment. However, due to various difficulties (claims always denied, limited coverage options for senior pets, and too many exclusion policies) with VPI over the course of 3 years, I finally canceled my insurance with them and chose to pay out of pocket for Pets Best. I have made one claim so far with PB and had absolutely no issues - claim was processed promptly, very easy to use their app, and received the 90% coverage reimbursement after co-pay and deductible. Yes, it was cheaper with the employer paid pet insurance discount in terms of monthly premiums, but I am getting more value for my money now paying the PB premiums and much more peace of mind.

Trupanion makes claims so easy. I can't tell you how much I appreciate that. And I receive an e-mail within a few hours after the claim is sent, so I am reassured that it was received. Thank you. You are the best! Recommend you to all my friends.
