Most fast and reliable claim process I have ever dealt with
My dog Ginger had an amazing thanksgiving until it took a toll on her stomach during the middle of the night. She threw up and had blood in her stool. I Immediately rushed her to the vet and they were able to take care of my best friend. The cost of her ER visit were close to 1 grand. I scanned all of the paperwork and bill and sent it to Healthy Paws to see if my dog was eligible for reimbursement. The claim process were very easy to apply and process. It took less than 10 days for the to approve and send me a direct deposit to cover most of Gingers bill. I am forever grateful that this company cares about their customer (my pocket lol) but more importantly my best friend Ginger life. Ever since she has felt better and running around again wagging her tail of joy. Thank you Healthy Paws.

Peace of Mind
We ha e held policies for both of our dogs for years. Luckily, we have never had to use…..until now. The team answered all of my questions and processed the claim from my Vet so quickly. It is comforting to know that I will be able to afford additional treatment as we navigate Bailey’s illness. Great company and team and we highly recommend.

I am very thankful that I chose Trupanion for my puppy's insurance needs unfortunately she has had to use the insurance more then expected but Trupanion makes it easy to submit claims payment is fast.

Truly the Pet's Best Insurance!
I never imagined the insurance process would be so easy.
My 10-month-old puppy recently swallowed a bottle cap which ended up blocking his intestine completely. He had to undergo several tests and an emergency surgery which cost a lot of money.
Thank God for Pets Best Insurance a major portion of the bill was reimbursed. I'm extremely pleased with the ease of submitting claims online. All I had to do was to click photos of the bills and upload them to the website. No hassles whatsoever, and the claims were processed within 7 weeks and the amount reimbursed to our bank account.

Excellent customer service and very reasonable pricing
I was a little weary about getting pet insurance because I had thought it was going to cost an arm and a leg. I looked at the best insurances and came across Lemonade. I read the reviews and calculated how much it would be every month and was shocked that it didn’t cost as much as I thought it would be per month. I had to bring Oliver to the vet and filed a claim a few days later and it couldn’t have been any easier to file a claim. So quick and easy. I would definitely recommend Lemonade to any pet owner!!

The people at Lemonade are a pleasure to deal with. I have gotten great service and very fast payment, sometimes within minutes. I found the premiums to be reasonable as well. I would highly recommend Lemonade. So much better than my last Pet Insurance company.

Makes Paying for Vets Seamless
I will say that it was my error to exclude wellness from my puppy's policy. I wish I could upgrade my policy at whatever cost. The only other slightly annoying thing is the need to film a video describing your claim. Payment is very fast and the support team is incredible. I would overall recommend, and it has saved us a bunch of money with a new puppy.
