SO GRATEFUL FOR PETSBEST
I cannot say enough about how very grateful I and my family are for PetsBest. The last few weeks have been tremendously stressful for us. Our beloved Buster was diagnosed with cancer of the liver. He needed surgery and now has to undergo chemotherapy. I have never ever experienced a level of customer service like that provided by PetsBest. Each and every person that we spoke to over the phone or via live-chat from the website was wonderful. Each person was knowledgeable about our claim status,advising us step-by-step what to do to expedite our claim. Most of all each person seemed to be sincerely concerned about our pet and sensitive to our emotional stress. Compassion in times like these are invaluable and truly a blessing. Bailey's Mom
My precious Bailey was having digestive problems. We took him to his doctor and they ran tests and put him on meds and special diet. I submitted a claim and within a couple of weeks the claim was processed and paid. My pets have been insured with Pet Partners for over 12 years and they have been great. Their staff is very responsive and helpful.

Glad I purchased insurance
We have adopted three rescue dogs from the local Humane Society. My vet recommended that this time I go ahead and get pet insurance. My daughter did extensive research and we insured them up with Embrace. Our Rocky is a runner, he loves to run, and he managed to tear his cruciate ligament. The surgery is pricey but we went ahead and had it done, no issues with filing or payment of claims. I'm so glad we went ahead and signed up with Embrace, have recommended the company to multiple pet owners.

Great Insurance Company
My dog has been insured with Embrace since he was 10 weeks old. He will be 5 in March. He had a broken toe the first year I was very thankful for the Embrace coverage and quick payment. He also has allergies leading to hot spots which have been covered. This insurance is great and I will never be without the coverage again.

Really bad experience.
This experience was really bad. My claim was deined at first because there was not enough medical history. Then it was denied because the services rendered were before the beginning of my coverage period, which was NOT TRUE since I received reimbursement for a claim just 4 months prior to that. Not sure if this is because it's a new business or if it's another case of insurance companies simply wanting to receive money but not send any out of they can help it. I really expected better from a company calling itself "EMBRACE". I have absolutely not felt embraced.
