Preapproval as soon as hospital submitted the proposed treatment plan. Paid hospital directly so I only paid my portion. Very smooth and made a stressful time a little better without concerns about the cost.

Best Pet Insurance!

Trupanion has been the most loyal and supportive insurance company, it is being 8 years and not once we had a disagreement. Considering that I do not have the healthtiest boy, not once have they rejected treatment that my baby needs. I highly recommend Trupanion to all my friends even when I am at the Vet office I remind everyone the importance of having pet insurance, and Trupanion is the answer.
