I feel like I was told things would be covered and very little is actually covered. I think specifics should be more clear by the agents, and not just be assumed that we know, especially if i am directly talking to someone on the phone.

Excellent and efficient claims service
It is very easy to submit a claim which is dealt with in a very efficient manner. I am extremely happy with the claim service. It is hard enough dealing with your sick pet and so nice to have the backing of such a well organized and caring claims team.

By having this healthcare available to me I was able to save my best friendâs life! If I did not have trupanion this would have been a life ending experience for him instead of a life changing. I will have my happy baby for many more years! He has his wheelchair and is back in the groove
