If we did not have Embrace Pet Insurance we would not have been able to afford the Liver Shunt diagnosis, treatments, and Surgery that saved our Yorkiepoo Samantha's life.The total cost was over $5500 and Embrace paid over $3600 of that over a 13 month period.

I have just had to make my first claim with Healthy Paws, having bought insurance for my cat 5 years ago. I didn't know what to expect, but the service has exceeded my expectations by far. My cat was recently diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, and my vet recommended a radioactive iodine injection which is very expensive, but I felt was the best option.My vet's office faxed my cat's records on the day she went for her treatment, and all I had to do was scan and upload the itemized bill when she came home. Within a few days I got a personal email confirming that my claim had been approved for the full amount (minus deductible). I was amazed how easy this was, and how friendly the email had been as they also wanted me to let them know how my cat was. Two days later I got another follow up email, again just inquiring my cat was doing (happily she's just fine). Having wondered whether I might have to gear up to fight for my claim, I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. It could not have been an easier and I really appreciated the personal experience. I'm happy to recommend Healthy Paws to anyone who is considering pet insurance.

Frisco is now 12 years old, and fortunately hasn't had a lot of medical issues. I spent a fortune on vet bills for my previous pooch, and so I bought ASPCA pet insurance as soon as we adopted Frisco at a year old. I've probably spent more on premiums than I have claimed, BUT that's what insurance is: you buy peace of mind....because you never know what's around the corner. I recently claimed for ongoing skin/allergy issues, including surgery to remove two lesions that were benign, and was impressed how quickly the claim was settled. Overall, claims have been settled claims promptly, the ASPCA Pet Insurance web site makes it easy to submit and track claims, and I've found their customer service to be very responsive. I have submitted several claims for my now four ear old dog and each time Trupanion has stated that the charges are not covered- they are considered routine maintenance. Although the monthly premiums are reasonable, I am considering switching to another company. I take great pride and concern that my dog receives the very best of care on a regular basis to avoid potential health issues and am very frustrated that this insurance carrier denies almost all my claims.

this was my first time making a claim after having the insurance for 2years had a few issues getting my online account up dated due to mixup with my email address, but when I called customer service line everyone I spoke to was willing to do what ever was needed to correct the problem. Although it took a few days to correct the issue I was kept informed of the progress. I do have to say it was very important to me to speak to someone who actually spoke and understood english.I originally got the insurance for major medical bills with my two Labrador Retrievers hoping I would never need to use it, but was good to know it was there when I needed it for an abdominal obstruction for my 2 year old Labrador.

The Embrace team is fantastic. My dog had surgery, and Embrace was on top of all of my claims and their customer service was fantastic. I would recommend them to everyone.

I have been with Embrace for 6 years. They are truly the BEST! They pay their claims in a timely matter. Just took Roxy (My Dog) in for her Annual Checkup and had an ear issue at the same time. Within 10 Days I had my claim taken care of and paid. Love this company!

Really poor service. It's almost April, and the incident happened in January to my 1 year old dog. No follow up's from the insurance as to what we are reimbursed for. Called at least 3x, if not more. I'm told to wait another week, then another week. Keep being shifted and held off. Very poor service. Slipping through the cracks it seems. Terrible. Added a 2nd pet to the policy. What poor experience. Have 2 puppies under the age of 2 years old. Not treated well, for all the money we spend with you monthly. We have healthy dogs, this was an isolated incident and the service is just so poor.

I have had Embrace pet insurance for less than a year now and insure both my 5year old dog and 9 year old cat. I thought that it was going to be expensive to insure such an older pet but it wasn't. I am happy that I got it as they have made it possible to get the care that the animals need without fearing that I won't be able to afford it. Thank you Embrace for all you do!!
