In September, my 2.5 year old dog chewed up and ate his crate liner. Ultimately he needed surgery which, as you know, costs a fortune. Unfortunately, my boyfriend and I didn't have insurance to cover it. So, we wised up and got Healthy Paws, knowing that our mischievous pup would get into something else. Overall, HP has saved us upwards of $2000. Our dog ended up having extreme stomach issues and because of Healthy Paws, we're able to care for him.

I dont know what we would have done this past month without healthy paws. My 11 month old Weimaraner, Raphael, has an affinity for socks. No matter how hard we try he always manages to get to them. In the past we had taken him to the Vet and were told that due to its placement he should pass it, and he did. This time it was blocking up his intestines. The surgery went great, and he is back to normal but the ease of the process with Healthy Paws in submitting the invoices was incredible. Within 8 days I had a refund check in hand and it took so much stress out of the equation. this was the best decision I have ever made. At one point I almost cancelled because in four years I had yet to use it. Thank God I didn't all hell broke lose the following year. As we are dealing with a rehabilitation vet they have been by my side. I just contacted them and found out that they will be covering her hip replacement when we get that done. This company has allowed me to do what ever I need to do to take care of my dog. There turn around on claims is a week to ten days.

My French Bulldog, Macaroni has had quite a few issues over the last few years. Last year, he ate some indigestible objects that had to be removed and Healthy Paws processed the claims quickly and even followed up on how he was doing. Most recently, he had a few tumors removed and again, I couldn't be happier. They processed my claims within 48 hours and followed up with concern for him. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

While I wish I could get paid back more of my claim (I live in New York and they pay back based on reasonable average rates. Nothing costs a reasonable amount in New York) the customer service is excellent. They always call and check in on my pet. And filing claims has now been made super easy, with online filing. They make the painful experience of insurance a lot more bearable.

The best thing i did when i got my puppy 4 years ago was getting embrace pet insurance. Nothing like the peace of mind that whatever happen to my best friend o would always be able to treat. Anything i claimed was always processed in a timely manner, they have excellent customer support. Overall i recomend Embrace without any hesitation.

As in the past we are very happy with the way Murphy's claims are handled. Since he was diagnosed with Adison's Disease his health care has been one less thing that we must worry about.
