Trupanion has been everything I could wish for in an insurance company. Having Trupanion's help has made it possible for me to get the best of care for my sweet cairn terrier, Phoebe. Thanks to her amazing vets and excellent support from Trupanion, she has survived her cancer for 2 and 1/2 years, has great quality of life, and brings me great joy. Submitting claims is easy, and in my case, done by both my primary care and oncology vets. Customer service is easily accessible, helpful and friendly when I have had any questions. The resolution of claims is prompt. I have opted for direct deposit into my checking account, so the convenience is unparalleled. If you are considering insurance for your pet, I highly recommend Trupanion.

Trupanion has been so great. My vet is set up for in-office insurance approvals, which makes it extra easy. This is the first time I've gotten insurance for a pet, but going forward, I'll make sure I always have it for pets!

Koa is doing much better! We've had a couple accidents in the past month with her eating, or getting into things she shouldn't be. Pet insurance has been the best investment my husband and I have made for our dogs. We want them to be healthy and I'm very happy with nationwide, and the coverage we have. It's a peace of mind. Every step of the way, Trupanion has been their to help us and take care of us. The interaction between our vet and Trupanion is quick and efficient and we've never had an issue. We are staying with Trupanion for the (hopefully) long like of our fur-baby! Thank you.
