Excellent customer care service and personel. They take the time to help you file a claim and are very helpful. They never make me feel rushed. Very fast to reimburse my claims. I put my vet bill on my credit card. Come home put my claim in via my cell phone to ASPCA. I am always reimbursed from ASPCA before my credit card bill comes in and I pay it off. Very easy!

Nationwide was awesome with helping with the big medical bill when our dog was diagnosed with Mega Esophagus.
Tassi’s diagnosis of Mega Esophagus caught us blindsided and heartbroken. Between X-Rays, diagnosis and medication, our Nationwide Pet Insurance was a God send. Nationwide absorbed a great deal of expenses. She is doing just fine with a few adjustments.

The representative I spoke to was knowledgeable and caring regarding the claim.

She made every effort to assist me in getting my claim reviewed before the surgery and even helped me with any questions I had. The claim was accepted and notification was received in a timely manner to both myself and the Vetrinary Surgical Center my pup was at. Thank you for making this experience a positive one 😁.
