Nationwide was awesome with helping with the big medical bill when our dog was diagnosed with Mega Esophagus.
Tassi’s diagnosis of Mega Esophagus caught us blindsided and heartbroken. Between X-Rays, diagnosis and medication, our Nationwide Pet Insurance was a God send. Nationwide absorbed a great deal of expenses. She is doing just fine with a few adjustments.

The representative I spoke to was knowledgeable and caring regarding the claim. She made every effort to assist me in getting my claim reviewed before the surgery and even helped me with any questions I had. The claim was accepted and notification was received in a timely manner to both myself and the Vetrinary Surgical Center my pup was at. Thank you for making this experience a positive one 😁.

Can't get any easier
Seriously, this is the most simple process ever. You go to the vet - pay your bill. The vet submits the form, or you could - Embrace acknowledges receipt so you know they do have it, and it gets processed right away (most of mine are within two weeks). I also have the reimbursements deposited right into my checking account. I LOVE EMBRACE!!!

Carlos was amazing!
Carlos was amazing! He was very empathetic and provided me with emotional support as I explained the problem with my dog. I felt like he really cared about me as a human being not just another problem he needed to handle. Please tell him how much I appreciate the time he spent with me.

Frustrated at service
It was frustrating it took 6 months to get paid out on a claim that should of been paid out quickly. I had to challenge your companies policy and hold you true to it. Not to pleased for a premium plan.

She empathised with theissue I was having but told me I had to wait 3 days for another person to give me a decision on my veterinarians appeal since they had the weekend off. Really?Shouldnt another person be able to handle an appeal in a more timely manner?I had no choice-Sam said they had to read 9 pages of notes,whats that like 15 mins to 1/2 hour?Well I dont know the inner workings of an insurance company but did appreciate Sams willingness to help resolve the issue.Hope I get an answer today
