Quick and easy claim process
This was the first time I ever had to use the pet insurance. I was not sure what to except, but the claim process was quick and easy. I hope I do not have to use insurance again for a long time, but I am glad I had it.

Poor Claims Processing
Claims processing should be 10 days or less. Nationwide stretches the promptness of its payment processing.

Fair, understanding and helpful
Trupanion have always been fair understanding, helpful, open 24 hours. Also Alan and Kreanna were very polite and gracious, despite my being highly emotional over my pets illness and unfairly accusatory towards them.

In time of stress, the prompt, professional response from Trupanion was a relief!
Three trips to vets--for obvious pain and distress- constant whining and yelping- specialist and MRI-was surprised that by the time we were finally home, VCA had already filed our claim, and we had a confirmation notice from Trupanion!!!! Having worked in insurance my expectations weren't high. Trupanion kept me updated and the claim was quickly resolved with thorough explanation.! I feel confident that in the future, IF necessary, they will again rise to the occasion! Very glad I had the policy..

They cover everything I’ve needed, and super easy to work with!
Nationwide saved me when my 2 year old German Shepherd needed ACL surgery. They covered 90% of the xrays, surgery and medications. They also cover his flea and tick medication! I will always have my pets on the complete wellness plain with Nationwide! They are nothing but the best!! I tell everyone about them!

Helpful and very nice
My husband said everyone he spoke with was very helpful and very nice. And just as soon as we were approved and Murphy had his surgery the funds were in our bank .

Peace of mind and a helping hand!
I love my dog, Indy, and I would do anything to make sure he lives a happy and healthy life. It is great to know that I don't have to worry and I can depend on Nationwide to help with the bills - even his yearly exam. I am able to give him the best care my vet can offer!
