When I’ve finally needed you., when my dog spent 6 hours in the ER fir dyspnea and I had to shell over $1200, Trupanion did not come trough, anc to date I have still yet to receive reimbursement. Even though this clinic has a direct relationship with you and you have a direct access to their patient’s software I feel like an idiot have been paying $120 for a while!

I haven’t used the service at all and was not pleased to have my rate for one of my dogs increase almost 50% for this year.
I haven’t used the service at all and was not pleased to have my rate for one of my dogs increase almost 50% for this year. The only reason I switched from my prior insurance company was because Trupanion said it did not raise rates every year as a pet ages but apparently that was not true.

The BEST and QUICKEST pet insurance!
Healthy Paws has been the easiest insurance company to deal with. I wish human insurance companies were as easy and pleasant. The claims are very easy to file and I have received any reimbursement checks within a few weeks. They have excellent customer service, very helpful staff, and their prices, deductibles, and services are the best around. They have been completely reliable! I would highly recommend using Healthy Paws for your dog (or any other pet) insurance.
