Usually the customer service reps are very competent and helpful most of the time Trupanion pays for the claims that are submitted outside of your deductible and medications which I feel they should cover a portion of and they do it in a timely manner !

The deductible is usually a one time deal depending on the illness .

A Great Experience.
This was my first claim after having the policy for 9 years. It was such a great experience working with Trupanion on all of this. The pre-approval process was quick and eased my mind. The claim was paid directly to the Vet which was awesome. The Animal Hospital raved about Trupanion as well.

Trupanion Eases My Worries.
Trupanion has always been very easy to deal with. I have never had to dispute any decisions. Everything is clear. I was happy to have it the few times I've needed it. It has taken away any jitters whenever we have had an emergency.
