Just a few months after purchasing pet insurance for our dog, she ruptured her hind right ACL. I don't know how we would have paid for her nearly $3000.00 surgery to repair her leg. I am so thankful to healthy paws for the quick response and reimbursement of 90% of our bill after our $100.00 deductible.They were super helpful and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone who loves their pet! I don't think I could have had a better experience with insurance and they made a horrible injury within our reach to repair on our young dog.

Our 10 yr old was diagnosed with low thyroid. Embrace quickly covered the claim, paying just how they said they would. They are so good about documenting how they pay but are also willing to explain their claim payments even further. Such good cooperative folks with which to deal.

Pet Best has covered my dog's vet bills for 7 years. When she was diagnosed for a life threatening illness her bills were so high that without Pet Best insurance I would have had a hard time paying those bills. However, last year she reached the maximum amount that could be claimed for this illness. She has had smaller medical problems and with the Wellness coverage I am also able to have her yearly shots and tests covered. I am having to drop her coverage now because the amount I pay each month is much more then I will be reimbursed for the coverage she is still covered for. I do recommend this coverage as claims are reviewed and paid quickly.

After x-rays and lab work she was diagnosed with septic arthritis, and the bill was $1,500 and climbing. Dr. Rosado started submitting for reimbursement and Trupanion came through, paying for everything but the deductible. I couldn't be happier because she would have been lost to me without their help.

I have two English Bullies - of course I have a lot of claims! Even when I have multiple claims they all get quick attention and processing. My checks come even quicker than before!
