Grateful for this insurance
We're very glad that we have ASPCA coverage for our two cats - we have had some expensive bills (but what vet bills aren't expensive?)and have received excellent compensation/reimbursement in a very timely fashion. Although premium prices have gone up a lot, it is an expense that we have to afford because our cats are everything to us. Thanks ASPCA Pet Insurance!

Friendly, helpful and efficient
I have been a customer for over a year and Pets Best have always provided very fair claim support. They keep you informed about the status of your claim in a timely fashion and call you back when they say they are going to. The associates on the phone are friendly and genuine. I always recommend this company to other pet owners and people considering getting a pet.

Much better health insurance than I have.
Kind, attentive phone staff who do their best to answer questions immediately. Prompt follow-up on claims. Emails to let you know claim status. Follow-up after illness.

Very easy claim process and follow-up
My 11 year old cat was beat up by, we think, a raccoon or could be fox. Health ins. really covered quite a bit of the bill. I was surprised because in past experience this wasn't true. Pet Health also called to inquire how he was doing. His big pink furless belly sure was funny looking! Fur's growing in now.

Quick Claim Process
I took my dog in because she was dehydrated and not eating or drinking. I submitted the invoice on Tuesday and got an email Thursday letting me know my claim had been processed and I would be getting reimbursed. This was much faster than the first time I submitted a claim, which took nearly three weeks to process. However, Pets Best was very responsive and the customer service folks did a good job explaining why it was taking so long. The claims process is also very easy.

Extremely satisfied customer
Our Yorkie Rufus has given us a few chances to use this insurance and each time we have been very happy. It is easy to submit a claim and to track the status of a claim right online. The claims were processed quickly and the direct deposit makes getting your money that much quicker.

Consistently great service!
I have had Embrace for several years and they continue to be prompt, helpful, and very easy to deal with. I'm particularly pleased that they cover alternative treatments, as my dog's Acupuncture is being covered which is quite helpful. I always get a check for reimbursement promptly, and none of the paperwork for my vets is onerous.

Satisfied customer
My westie is 7 years old. I haven't (thankfully) used the insurance much because she's been in overall good health. However, she recently developed a sinus infection and needed various tests, prednisone and antibiotic. My policy covered as stated. I had a $100 deductible and 80% of everything else was reimbursed. The website is easy to navigate making it possibe to either file a claim online or print out a claim form. Reimbursement was fairly quick
