Horrible Service, no follow up on claims submitted
Really poor service. It's almost April, and the incident happened in January to my 1 year old dog. No follow up's from the insurance as to what we are reimbursed for. Called at least 3x, if not more. I'm told to wait another week, then another week. Keep being shifted and held off. Very poor service. Slipping through the cracks it seems. Terrible. Added a 2nd pet to the policy. What poor experience. Have 2 puppies under the age of 2 years old. Not treated well, for all the money we spend with you monthly. We have healthy dogs, this was an isolated incident and the service is just so poor.

Best pet insurance plan!
I have had Embrace pet insurance for less than a year now and insure both my 5year old dog and 9 year old cat. I thought that it was going to be expensive to insure such an older pet but it wasn't. I am happy that I got it as they have made it possible to get the care that the animals need without fearing that I won't be able to afford it. Thank you Embrace for all you do!!

Thank you for helping ONYX the Pug
I have been with PetsBest for Onyx my Pug for many years.Thankfully he has remained in good health; and I think the last time with the exception of March 8, and the week after
I had to use insurance was over 5+ years ago.
I am Thankful that I have it, but found the process a little more time consuming them from years ago.
All and All the CS team called the Emergency Hospital, and explained about an itemized bill when I lost patience with them; only to have to go back the week after, and them ( the hospital) finally getting the point about the bill. Anyway that was excellent CS service, which I am Thankful for.
Lastly as Onyx turns 10 in August; I have to weigh my options for which plan I can afford , with what deductible......

ASPCA very supportive
We compared several plans for insurance for Rae and decided on ASPCA. They have been very good for us, saving money overall when considering the premiums and co-payments. They accept claims directly from our vet electronically and pay promptly every time. I can't think of a claim they have denied, and they often call to check on how Rae is getting along - a nice personal touch. I'll rate them 9 only because we haven't used any other insurance to compare, but we are satisfied.

Very pleased so far
I signed my 2 cats up with Embrace 4 years ago and haven't needed to file any claims until now. So far, I am very happy with the whole process and VERY happy I decided to go with Embrace for insurance. The initial claim was handled within 10 days (getting records from my vet, checking his medical records, etc.). Once that was approved, pre-certification for treatment of his lymphoma was ok'd in less than 24 hours. Also nice was the healthy pet credit that lowered Cooter's deductable - I didn't even realize that was part or the plan, so with all of the stress of a cancer diagnosis, that was a very pleasant surprise. Thank you Embrace for making this whole situation less stressful and allowing us to focus on taking care of our cat rather than worrying about money.

Peace of Mind
We purchased insurance on our rescue dog (Sassafras) when she was a puppy. At 3 years old she was diagnosed with epilepsy. Embrace has paid all of our claims for her epilepsy ER visits, and prescription medication which we are extremely satisfied with. My only wish is that all natural epilepsy drops and magnesium which we use to help control her seizures would be included as part of treatment rather then wellness. Besides that we are extremely happy with Embrace and recommend them highly.

The best decision we have made- using Embrace
Our 7 year Dashound has had three "issues" over the years. But every time Embrace has handled our claims quickly and efficiently. They are great to work with. I started with them when he was a puppy. Better safe then sorry. Best decision we ever made was picking/using Embrace. Thanks Embrace!

Excellent Service!
I could not be more pleased with embrace and its staff! Every time we file a claim for Mila it is handle with in a week I questions asked! Embrace will continue to be my pets insurance provider and will have my future pets as well! Thank you for your excellent service!
