Embrace has stepped up big time!
Our three year old Labrador retriever contracted Blastomycosis which is a serious fungal infection of the lungs. His treatment plan is very expensive and could last for 6 months. Embrace has been with us every step of the way ... diagnosis, X-rays, antigen tests and very expensive medications. The Embrace Reps are very knowledgable and compassionate. Honestly do not know how we could get through this with the team at Embrace.

Our first big vet bill
Our 7 pound Morkie came down with severe issues very suddenly. He did not respond to the first round of medication. We had to take him back and had another round of testing including an ultrasound. Bills totaling over $1,000.00. Healthy Paws delivered fast, courteous service and covered exactly what our policy stated. I would recommend Healthy Paws to anyone looking for pet insurance.

Peace of mind!
Embrace has been so reliable. My cat has been extremely sick. Instead of worrying about how I am going to pay for his treatment, embrace has been there for me every step of the way. Thank you!

Better than I expected!
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with Embrace. They take the time to explain things, even when I was frustrated. There was some minor misunderstanding in the beginning about when they would conduct the health review, but I think I was asking more than most people do at the moment. The claims have been processed rather quickly and the checks are good. I am a little disappointed in one of the "pre-existing" conditions because a vet I went to once diagnosed without testing and therefore the only way to appeal that (which I am thankful there is a way) is to get the vet to write a letter that says the previous diagnosis isn't correct. I will have to get my new vet to do this, because even though the orthopedic report card showed no signs of arthritis, the vet that wrote it in the notes was enough to cause concern for the insurance company. I appreciate that they review the notes and explain it all, but I wish I didn't have to jump through a hoop when the records clearly show no testing or imaging was performed to confirm arthritis. The other downfall would be that the vet has to fill out the form every claim. I think my office staff wasn't thrilled about that, but thankfully the form is quick and concise.
Otherwise, honestly, it really is better than expected. I really worried they would give a reason as why not to process the claim, but they didn't. And, they even keep you updated along the way and give you all the resources to submit claims and check statuses. Thank you!

Better than Human Health Insurance
We have a 3 year old Doberman that loves to run and play. After one of our trips with her to the dog park we noticed that she came home limping. We went to the vet who took X-Rays and then called in the orthopedic vet that informed us that she had a torn ACL and needed surgery. After hearing this I called and spoke with Jeff at Healthy Paws pet insurance who went over with me how to start a claim. I submitted all of the paperwork that I had. Once Healthy Paws had my Vet names as we switched from when she was a puppy Haley reached out to the Vet and helped me get through the process. They were doing more than I had hoped for. Every person I came in contact with at Healthy Paws was great. They always asked about how our 4 legged child was doing. I am very thankful to have Healthy Paws pet Insurance. Within 3 weeks after the surgery the claim was settled and we had a check a week later. The hardest part was on my end getting the Vets to submit the proper paperwork. I have told all of my friends about Healthy Paws and what a great job they did to help complete the claim. I can't imagine ever having another pet without Healthy Paws in my corner.

Cattail and Simon say thank you
I got pet insurance for Simon and Cattail 10 years ago. After having a cat with vaccine associated sarcoma, I wanted to make sure my cats had insurance in case of a serious illness. They're basically very healthy cats. Cattail had an injury to his paw which required multiple visits. The customer service people were very helpful and even called back to see how Cattail was doing

Good value for good coverage
My oldest cat has had a couple of medical incidents that were very costly. The ASPCA insurance paid a substantial amount of two very expensive vet treatments/surgery in the past 5 years.

Keep File open and accessble
My cat, Monk, died and there are still open claims and they have already removed his file so I do not have access to it.

Excellent!
Love this company. They are easy to deal with, have great customer service, and are very efficient in processing claims and keeping you updated along the way! My most recent claim was processed the SAME day I submitted it; amazing! Also, I find that the prices of coverage are reasonable and completely worth the peace of mind that pet insurance provides.
I will continue to recommend them to friends and family. Great job, Embrace! We love you!

Pet peeing blood
Our pet had been urinating everywhere, we didn't know that he was ill until he started having drops of blood everywhere. We took him to emergency to find out that he had an infection. After a day of antibiotics he was back to his old self and started to gain weight that he lost. His claim was fast and I have always been satisfied with our insurance.
