Just submitted my first claim to Healthy Paws - a fairly large bill. The claim process was easy and I had my check in less than a week, for the full amount that the policy covers. Very impressed with the service!

I never had pet insurance until my daughter recommended Healthy Paws for my new Yorkie puppy. Sure enough, he had a condition that required surgery after only a few months. I submitted the claim, had an immediate response and a reimbursement within a week. They do what they say they are going to do, no questions asked. The process using the app couldn't have been easier.Excellent company, excellent customer service! I highly recommend them.

This was are second claim First was Daisy ate a Palm seed and it got stuck in her intestine. Well over 1000 dollar claim. THE second one is she chewed on a battery and got acid in her mouth. That was under $1000.00. The claims were handled very quickly and I'm thankful I have this insurance and so is Daisy

We've been with Healthy Paws for a couple of years now. We have 2 chocolate labs, who are always getting into trouble! Last year we had an issue where our youngest pup ate a sock, which resulted in a very expensive surgery. More recently, we had to go through a series of diagnostic tests to figure out why our other pup was having reoccurring UTIs, which turned out to be a bladder stone.
