Very impressed

I honestly was so impressed at how simple it was to file a claim; the only thing I wish that could be is a faster refund, but hey I received my refund so I cannot be any happier about that!

Removes money worries when it comes to your pet’s care

It is worth paying the monthly premium for years because you never know when your pet could suddenly need expensive emergency treatment. Pre-existing conditions and regular exams are not covered but for new issues Trupanion is very prompt to review claims and issue reimbursement.

Easy to work with very responsive

Nationwide is great on paying claims promptly and also checks to see how my dog is doing.

Nationwide checks to see how my dogs health is after I file a claim. They pay the claim promptly. I recommend Nationwide to alot of people. I love them

My dog was treated unfair. You keep moving the carrot.

I am not happy with your pet insurance. I was told that when I first enrolled in the insurance that my dog would be reconsidered to have his gastro condition covered under your insurance. After the six months without any reoccurrence, I requested to have my dog reconsidered to be covered of this condition in the future. I was told they would have a response in 30 days. After 30 days, they told me that they would take another 30 days to review my dog’s case. After the second 30 day period, I was told that my dog had to be without any occurrences of his gastro condition for 1 year and that I had to take him off the special GI food. I think this is so unfair. First of all, you kept moving the carrot to benefit your company so you would not have to pay anything. Secondly, my dog is doing so good without any reoccurrences to date, so I will not change his food. He has been through enough and I’m not going to send him through anything else orchestrated by you because its never going to be enough for you. I am willing to bet that there are many other pet owners that have gone through this same thing or something similar with your company. So Unfair! I feel like I was lead on.
